Delicious… Fresh… Knowledgable staff. I’ll elaborate when I have more time. Enjoying each bite.

Slow service. Blue crab stuffed chicken was not moist and it wasn’t very flavorful. Potato cake was mediocre as well. My main issue was that our waiter disappeared and never comeback even though he was still working. There was a time period of at least 20 minutes where we received no service.

Great food, great music. Wife can’t eat wheat and they have a great selection for her. This is going to be a regular on my list!

My husband and I have been there three times for dinner, and we’ve always been pleased. Last night was great, we went during happy hour and enjoyed a Margarita and appetizer for $ 4 and $ 5 dollars respectively. The special was salmon with horseradish and a white wine sauce, which sounded amazing, but I’m allergic to wine. We talked to the waiter, and he talked to the chef, and said they could make it without the sauce, without any issues. I’m so glad they were able to work with me, because it was so good, you couldn’t tell that anything was missing. The salmon was cooked to order, with a hint of sweetness and spicy and the wilted greens went perfectly. My husband got the crab stuffed chicken, which was the perfect portion, and the flavor was great. Highly recommend going early, they were starting to get busy around 6, and happy hour is from 3pm-7pm.

Visiting from DFW metroplex and absolutely loved it. We have been in town three times and visited each time to try something new. We have never been disappointed. The food is full of flavor, and the service is great. The corn muffins they serve as complementary are delish! The house margarita is a bit heavy on the tequila, but I would think most people would appreciate that. Nice atmosphere. Overall experience.

Blue Corn Harvest buys seasonal produce from local farmer’s markets, their signature blue corn tortillas are supplied by a local factory and all their meats come from Texas Meat Purveyors. I ordered a brunch only menu, Green Pork and Eggs, featuring hatch pepper, tomatillo, cilantro and garlic roasted pork. It had a nice heat to it. They bring a little bit of the eclectic Austin food scene to Cedar Park.

It’s not often restaurants get better with time, but this restaurant is an exception. They’ve increased their amount of local organic farm fesh offerings as well as expanded their menu choices to please even some of the most discerning palates. Service as well has gotten better over time. It’s helping raise the bar for eating establishments in the area. which Cedar Park badly needs.

Advertised as dog friendly, yet on a beautiful, sunny Saturday afternoon, we went out of our way to drive here because we had our dog. We were told they«weren’t seating the patio». They turned away good paying customers because the waitstaff would rather stand around with nothing to do than walk 10 feet outside.

It was our first time here. We were really impress with the food and service. It’s more of an upscale Mexican restaurant. We live in Round Rock and will travel again to eat there.

The hubs and I went in for the first time the other night. We were pleased with the service — not great in the beginning, but he remedied it towards the end of our meal. The margaritas tasted like straight tequila. If I wanted a shot I would have ordered it but, that’s what it tasted like to me. The cornbread muffins are great, order extras! The macaroni & cheese was really good. The chicken on top was flavorful and complemented it nicely. We will be back for sure.

This place is beyond my expectation. I normally don’t like Mexico food. But this place is awesome. I guess we will come more often since I’ve moved to this area recently.

This place was wonderful. We ate at a high top in the bar area. The waitress was very friendly and eager to make sure we had a good experience. We ordered the«make your own Bloody Mary» for $ 4. Awesome experience. They have a large gluten free menu with lots to choose from… even dessert!

OMG… One of the best places I’ve been to in a looooong time. My sister lives in Leander, and I moved to Connecticut 10 years ago. Whenever I come back to Texas to visit her, I always Unilocal restaurants for us to try something new. When this one came up, she had never been there before, so we decided to give it a try.(Normally, Chuys and the Texican are our places of choice). We stopped by just for an appetizer and a drink at lunch to check the place out Daniel was behind the bar, and his attitude and generousity made us stay much longer than we intended. We had the 512 taquitos, and blue corn harvest Margarita, and OMG… I’M INLOVE! We will definitely be back for dinner. Thanks Daniel!

I’ve been here a few times, and each time came hoping it would be better then the time before. However it’s always been the same: overpriced and bland. I just can’t understand the high reviews. The only explanation I can come up with is that it’s in Cedar Park, and there are few places to eat up here that are not chain restaurants, so maybe anything local will taste good to the average person? I applaud the concept, but for me, the flavors were just not there. Just very under seasoned. I can get a really delicious meal elsewhere for a fraction of the cost.

food was okay, NOTHING to write home about, was not served hot :*( — lacked seasoning — plate & food not hot — server acted like he wanted to be some place else as I was leaving ladies room, male server walks into restroom with his apron(hello HEALTHCODEVIOLATION) … when he came out, he went right back to waiting on tables, NOT to a hand washing station «PERCEPTIONISREALITY»

We stopped in after seeing some good reviews on Unilocal and decided to check it out. We had the chicken nachos and 512 pork enchiladas. They were both so good, excellent quality ingredients and good portion size. I got the habanero aioli on the side since the wife doesn’t like her food too spicy, but even she agreed that the aioli was delicious. The best part was even with a couple margaritas, our bill came out to be less than we were expecting. The menu was a good mix of both Mexican and Southern inspired dishes. I can’t wait to go back to try a few of the other items.

Tried Blue Corn for the first time last night. Craving some Tex-Mex and in Cedar Park this restaurant gets some pretty stellar reviews. There are a lot of pros: amazing service, reasonable prices, local growers, great social hour specials, live entertainment, a cool patio… It’s a pretty awesome place to come but as for the food we were not that impressed. As it was our first time, all three of us ordered the specials/recommended favorites suggested by our server(who was amazing btw). The manager even came out to welcome us after finding out it was our first try in — love that Southern old fashioned customer service! The portion sizes were incredible, I ordered the Chicken Fried Rib-eye…as big as your head! But it had a weird flavor, maybe a spice? After everyone tried a piece we came up with the flavor…‘musty basement’. I dare you to try to eat it without tasting that now! The cowboy porkchop was on special and it was very thin and just on the brink of being too overdone. I find that if a porkchop isn’t a double cut it just cooks up too tough. The blue crab stuffed chicken was okay, but we didn’t see any crab. It seems it was hiding? The side veggies were the best thing on this plate. Our appetizer was the star of the show. Fried oysters on a chip with mango salsa. Very good but I had just had the same thing at The Grove and it blew this one out of the water. The alcoholic peach tea was also the specialty cocktail for the night. I will definitely order this again if I ever come back.

Had family in town who wanted to try Mexican/tex-mex so pulled up my trusty(most of the time) Unilocal app and found this place. It was a weekday around lunch and it was a perfect day to eat outside. We were seated promptly and our waiter brought us waters very promptly. You get a little introduction into the restaurants farm to table«mission» which is clearly something they pride themselves in. So onto the food… They start with fresh cornbread and butter, which is a 5 star taste mind you. I ordered the salad with grilled chicken«watching my lady like figure. I am a guy ;) «With the vinaigrette. It was fresh and tasty as expected, the chicken breast was a bit small on portion size but not bad. My wife ordered the grilled cheese with steak, she thought it was tasty. She also had the tortilla soup which she found spicy. Note: She is not s «spicy» food eater so take it with a grain of salt. Only«ding» was that the service even thought polite was a tad slow but nothing that was horrible. They did keep the glasses full which is always a plus! One last thing was that there was almost a preview«ad» of all the other times we should come back, happy hours, brunches ect… not a bad thing but kind of different. I will be back at those other times to try them out as i was pretty happy with the experiences.
