I called to schedule a time for someone from this company to come out and give an estimate on replacing our roof. The very person that answered the phone did not identify himself nor did he sound like he was interested in being there. He took my information and said that he would have someone return my call by tomorrow afternoon at the latest. Well, a month later, no one has returned my call.
