Let me begin at the end. I had to call the police on this woman just to resolve my issues with her. Stay FAR away.
I spoke with a female secretary who was nice enough at the beginning and who promised that my court documents would be served within 24 — 48 hours for a court date that was 6 weeks away. (Keep in mind that the docs could not be delivered less than 4 weeks before court.)
When I did not receive my confirmation of service after 4 weeks, I started emailing her to find out why I hadn’t gotten a confirmation yet.
It was then that she said SHE STILL HAD MY COURT DOCUMENTS! Totally screwing up everything scheduled for court. When I asked her to call me immediately to give me clear information about what was going on she started ignoring me.
After several emails I called the police, who called her and called me back, telling me that she was a disgusting person and that she had told THEM that she had put my documents back in the mail to me previously. This after she told me she still had them.
After getting off the phone with the police, she then contacted me to tell me she was going to send my stuff back and to never contact her again. She then followed that with insults that showed the maturity of a 12-​year-​old.
Up until now, 7 weeks later, my documents haven’t been delivered nor have I received them.
This company hires disgusting excuses professionals, is a waste of time, immature and worst of all liars. Spend your money elsewhere!
