Ridgedale Surgery Ctr

The office is clean although upon arrival the entrance area seems sort of awkward. You would expect to be directed to the right direction in a friendly manner. Unfortunately that was not the case for myself and my young son (the patient) instead we where greeted by an employee who was unpleasant, and appeared not to want to be there. My instinct was not to engage her in conversation rather only answer her questions as required. She appeared not in the mood for any nice communication. I swear she even rolled her eyes at us numerous times. This is certainly is not the greatest first impression. It left me anxious about how a surgical procedure here would be. The procedure went fine although the staff themselves are generally unfriendly which is sort if hard to overcome since it starts at the front door.
