Sleep Number

Ok so the mattress sucked. We bought an I8 and it was cool when we first laid on it. During the night as it absorbed heat it got hotter and hotter. We hated it. It felt basically like an inflatable camping mattress with a mattress pad. Returning the mattress was a total rodeo. First they told me someone from the delivery company would call me within 2 weeks to schedule the pickup. They never called and then when I called back about it they went ahead and scheduled it. Keep in mind this thing was taking up space and the company had my money for over a month after I told them to come get it. You can’t schedule a time, you have to take what they give you. They failed to show up at the scheduled time. They were about 5 hours outside of the window. I could have been at work all day but I lost an entire day of work to return the mattress. If you buy one be sure to finance it through them so that when you realize it sucks you can just quit making payments on it so your cash isn’t tied up in their bank.
