Lane Bryant

Today we was shopping for bras for the girls I hate shopping for bras but Jenny our sales assistant made it so easy. She was very knowledgeable on information about bras and being fitted for a bra. She taught all three of us something. We love the friendliness of the ladies that work there. They all were very helpful thank you Jenny again for helping out girls

I just stopped there and had a very blah experience. I have been shopping at Lane Bryant for numerous years, so I know the normal experience is not at all like what I had today. I was not greeted at all, which is fine, except that I had to hunt someone down to start a dressing room for me. Then while trying the clothing on I had to then go out and ask one of the girls to get a bigger size pants for me. She was having a personal conversation with the other girl and acted completely put out. Not once did anyone come back and ask if I needed any help, which is really unusual for Lane Bryant. I was so frustrated that I only bought the dress I had to have for a work event ($ 80.00) and put the other 3 items back (another $ 175.00) that I really did want but refused to buy because of this experience. Maybe they are having a bad day, but I can tell you I’ll be going to Dillard or Macy’s to finish my shopping. Maybe a secret shopper needs to pay this store a visit? I also want to mention I was the only shopper in the store when I walked in so they were not busy with other customers.

I was very pleased with the assistance that I received from Felicia at this location. She measured me correctly, and helped me locate items that worked for me. She was very willing to help.
