Hot and fresh! That is the best time to get some of these tasty donuts. Original glaze melt in your mouth when they are hot and fresh. I normally go through the drive through. Haven’t seen the inside of this store. Why bother when there’s a drive through for donuts? The coffee is too strong for my taste but others might like it. Even when I add cream and sugar it still tastes like a carton of cigarettes. If you’re a donut lover and have never tried Krispy Kreme you’re missing out. Let me know if you’ve had a better hot and fresh donut somewhere else!

I visited the cedar hill, Texas location for the first time last week. Before getting out my car I witnessed an employee taking the trash out. As I started walking to the door, he followed right behind me. Before he was completely behind the counter he asked«what Can I get for you today?» He did not wash his hands and he was attempting to take my order. I was so disgusted. I proceeded to order to see if he was going to wash his hands or not before retrieving my donuts. Of course, he did not. So after paying for them, I walked out and threw them away when I got home. Yeah I waisted 2 dollars but I really wanted to see if he was serious about not washing his hands.

Yesterday is the second time in 2 months that my husband or I have picked up donuts from this location that were supposed to be filled, that either had less than a tablespoon of filling or nothing at all. Very disappointing, I guess I will need to try your competitor down the road.

Very slowest drive through. Good stuff but go inside to order. Took over 15 min at 7:30 am to get through drive through. Served three cars ahead of us in all that time.

1 dozen donuts: $ 8.29 for original glazed; $ 9. 29 for assorted. It’s OK. I’m not a donut fan, but my hubby and son are. However, since bringing home KK for them, they have not asked for it again. Even when I drive by and ask if they want any, they echo each other, shouting NO. Oh well.

They gave me cold donuts when their«hot» sign was on. I went in and asked for hot ones and was told that time was over. I told them they should probably turn off the«hot» sign. Poor customer service, poor management.

Glazed donut right off the line can’t be beat. The other selection of donuts is good as well. I like the lemon filled myself. You can either go inside to order and enjoy your donut, or you can drive through and do so. The coffee drinks are ok as well.

Krispy Kreme is known for their ridiculously sweet donuts. I had a sweet tooth while in the neighborhood so I decided to drop by. The light for hot donuts was not on so I got one donut that was warm and one that was not. I should have stuck with the original glazed only but I decided to venture out and get another flavor too. This location was slow when I went so I got through the drive through pretty quickly and was able to go about my day. Maybe next time I have a crazy sweet tooth the light will be on. Otherwise I will keep driving down the street and pretend like I never passed Krispy Kreme.
