I was having issues with my service. I was told by customer service to come to the store to have my issue resolved. 2 hours and a new manger later I finally got my phone back working. I will never be a patron at this store again. The manager Chang Lee should be immediately fired!

Well, what can we say about an AT&T store? 2 years ago when I moved from an iPhone to my Note 2 I went to this store and received amazing service from someone who had one. He was great and made sure I had all of my contacts and things moved to the new device. This time was different… I went in to upgrade to the Note 4 and got someone who looked young enough to be in fast food. She didn’t help me make sure I moved everything or uploaded to the cloud… so I lost a ton of contacts in the move… but OH, it gets better. I went on a Sunday and get the new phone. I’m there a while and about 45 min into re-organizing when the young lady and a manager walk over to me. She had been gone a while after all and I didn’t even know what happened… when he says«we have some bad news, we can’t sell you THAT exact phone… we have to give you another one» try as I might to not lose it and throw the phone against the wall… I’m told that the computer roll over created some glitch. Furious I start working on the new phone and the manager offers me a case for my troubles… ok, I’m not so mad anymore. I leave only to have a nagging feeling a couple of days later. I’m worried that my unlimited plan hadn’t carried over(don’t ask me why)… so I call to double check. BAM… damn if I wasn’t right. They had to put a ticket in to fix the issue. Inconsistent is the name of the game here… some great, some not. My advice… don’t go on Sunday, it’s apparently their busiest day of the week!

I came in for help on my account. I was greeted right away. The gal that helped me was very friendly. She didn’t mind that I wasn’t there to purchase anything. She helped me fix my issue and thanked me for coming in. She even walked me to the door. I would definitely come back to buy my next phone.

OMG the worst Customer Service in history. If these F*****s don’t want to work then please find some half way decent people who do. They stand around essentially doing nothing or trying to sell you things you don’t need to make their commission. The men are usually huddled together commenting about stupid things. If the President or VP reads reviews please fire the entire staff! And the worst part is why sell IPhones if you can’t do sh** to fix them or even help troubleshoot. I hate AT&T. And this store was an awful experience. Why can’t managers get the concept of customer service? It truly isn’t that hard to smile, be courteous, and only pass rude glares & comments in the break room or when the customers aren’t looking. Must you make it so damn obvious you don’t want to work? If you aren’t a people person, find another line of work please.
