The neighborhood surrounding is very quiet, the place is spacious and with these units comes with both storage and a private parking garage.
However, the landlord lives on the premise and is very intrusive. She is aggressive and goes door to door to all the tenants as that is her method of keeping them well informed and very well informed if a neighbor has parked in the lot and not suppose to.
Parking is never problem at that place but landlord insist your guest park out on the street directly adjacent in front of people homes, and then those homeowners get on your for parking there.
Lastly you will get cited parking on the streets. Lastly, the landlord and her family are very loud very early in the morning and late afternoon. They also display their family disputes being very open and shouting all over the place diciplining their children. Many tenants will agree to this, it bothers everyone.
I have clogged a sink and had an issue with flies, landlord gave us a hard time. She is extremely aggressive and very confrontational
Unless you do not mind a police chief and a neighborhood watch dog living onsite, this is definately not a place for you
