Very personable, and they always answer their phone — which is great when you’re in the middle of a plumbing or heating emergency. We’ve had several issues over the years because of the variable temps, and we don’t live in Lake Arrowhead full time, so we’re sometimes caught unawares. Mike always makes sure the problem is solved. Honest, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable.
