I don’t mind waiting, but the point of appointments is to arrive on time without having to wait hours at a time for an appointment slot. Didn’t see the doctor the first time until over an hour after my appointment time. The second time, it was over an hour and a half. No apology or anything. It’s just unacceptable.
There’s no point in making appointments if it’s still going to take all afternoon to see the doctor.
On the bright side, this is attached to the Sartori Memorial Hospital, so it’s easy to find and has its own parking lot.
