Wild Hare American Bar & Grill

I have been here twice, both times with a large group (10 – 15). Both times have been unacceptable experiences. I understand that things take a bit longer when it’s a group, but both times it took FORTY minutes from the time we ordered to when we got our food. And the food was mediocre. Not hot, just slightly warm. Also, we had the same server both times and I never saw her smile. It was like our being there was such an inconvenience for her. It took quite a while to get our drinks in the beginning as well, and then she never came back after delivering our food to ask if anyone needed refills. Needless to say we will not be returning and I will actually discourage people from going here if they ever ask. I’d probably feel a bit different if the server had been nicer, but we really didn’t feel welcome at all.

Great gem in this area of town. Since I’ve worked over here this has been the third bar and grill in this location. I like this one the best. It’s quite busy for lunch and supper. During the summer they have sand volleyball and several bike ralleys.
I went today for lunch with five of my employees to treat them to lunch. We all ordered sandwiches, burgers or wraps and the beer battered fries. Food was out in about 15 minutes and was delicious. Plan to spend at least $ 10 a person. $ 15 with drink and tip. But the food was all great. You pay more for the beer battered fries but sooooo worth it. The standard side is chips.
It is a bar atmosphere but there are several booths and high top tables. I have never been to the outside patio but it seems to attract a crowd in the summer.
Parking can be troublesome. The place shares a parking lot with several other places in the strip mall. There is on street parking or you could park across the street at Walgreens.
I don’t go here often but since it’s close to work its a great place to get a bite to eat with co workers. The staff is friendly and they keep the drinks full and have always been attentive to the table. The owner is fantastic. He’s always there so employees are on their best behavior.

The food here is decent-​I can’t get enough of the mac and cheese bites. However a lot of the food is spicy, which isn’t my cup of tea.
They have a ton of beers on tap and even have a loaded bloody mary (loaded meaning with a cheeseburger on it). I’ve never tried it but it looks delicious.
The service isn’t the greatest, but they are friendly in general.

Way to loud in here tonight. because the TVs are blasting. Server can’t hear us nor can we have a converstion.
Ridiculous.

Good service and good food. Nothing special, but a good neighborhood bar and grill. Ok to take you kids there until around 830 or so. They seem to struggle with unexpected large groups; service slows down even if they can accommodate the seating.

It is a great bar– a bit expensive.
As far as the food– pricey and not very good quality. I don’t mind paying for quality– this was not cheap and not good!

Friendly atmosphere. Good food. Great place to relax and kick back at.
