I’ve been shopping here since high school, and have had hit or miss luck with customer service there. It seems to be a bunch of young kids picking at their nails, talking about drama on Facebook, or texting on their phone. Then their are the few that follow your every move through the store and take suggestive selling to a whole other level.
I went in a month or so ago to get some tops and jeans for my upcoming trip to Vegas, and thats when I had the best experience at this store. I worked with Kadie… who was super friendly and actually listened to what I was looking for. She pieced several outfits out for me, but wasn’t overly pushy.
Then a couple weeks later in the mail, I received a thank-​you note. That alone will make me go back, and I’ll request Kadie every time.
I almost threw in the towel on this store, but its amazing how one person can change your whole perception.
