For coming in at 5:15 they seemed very understaffed for the dinner rush. There were two gentlemen helping several people in line. The lady in front of me was very indecisive and miss ordering several sandwiches to go. She kind of held up the line for a while.
I need to order three subs but I knew exactly what I wanted. The two guys putting the toppings on and assembling the subs were going yet find pace. It just surprised me there wasn’t a third person just to ring people up. So I felt that that slowed things down. To go into pick up three sandwiches to go it should have taken 15 minutes. Especially not during normal meal hours.
