As another review stated, they definitely price gouge you on parts. Labor stated is pretty standard in the mid-high range. I’ve spent a few thousand at Cedar Crest Tire getting some parts replaced and normal maintenance work. I was a bit impatient and should have done it myself, but alas time was a factor. Here’s the deal, if you’re unwilling to go in to ABQ for more experienced techs and better prices, then Cedar Crest Tire is your best bet out here on the mountain. They’re very friendly and their customer service is top notch, but at the end of the day, many of us need to consider price. I think they understand their customer base(wealthier retirees), and the business coming in justifies the pricing. UPDATE: After taking my truck in to another shop within Albuquerque limits, they quickly diagnosed the issue of my leaking fuel tank. It wasn’t simply a bad gasket or sending unit(as Cedar Crest tire diagnosed), but an expansion of the metal around those parts, making hundreds of dollars spent trying to fix it(at Cedar Crest Tire), totally pointless. To add, the shop in ABQ found copious amounts of silicon glue filled in around the gasket area, which should absolutely never be done as a real fix/solution. Total armatures. Beware.

I have been using these guys for over 21 years now Kevin and Bill are great! There prices are fair considering what fixing your car costs these days. They also give us free rides home and back. I won’t take my Truck anywhere else.

I would give these guys 5 stars for taking care of my wife’s car while I was out of town. They towed her car from home with a no start condition, replaced a starter in 2 days time and picked her up to get her car. I tip my hat to you since I would have done it myself if I had been home. After I got home I did a little research after perusing the service order… A starter motor that I can buy from a mopar/dealer retailer at LIST price costs around $ 160 . They listed an Oreily part number that lists at $ 125.00. I assume since this is what is listed this is what they installed. However, Cedar crest charged her $ 261.12. How about being fair to unsuspecting people and stop over charging. I know that automotive repair businesses have tight margins to operate in but gouging is uncalled for.

Went here for an emissions test and was very happy. They quoted a 20 minute wait and it was only a 20 minute wait! I had no appointment, got in and out quickly. They are very friendly and professional. My husband also had work done on our Subaru here and we would recommend them to anyone!

After some initial disputes over services per cost, CCT promptly contacted us about making it right, making sure to go above and beyond the initial complaint to fix any issues with the vehicle as well as make up for the extra charges on an previous repair. I believe that they have done their best to right any initial complaints.
