This place SUCKS. Never maintain anything, the gate is not working approx 60% of the time. When it snows, never plowed and doors freeze shut from all the melted and re frozen ice. There is always a lake at the entrance. And when you call for anything (like opening the gate that doesn’t work) it’s after hours (at 4pm) or everyone is out for the day, or it’s lunch. No one is ever there to help. UGH.
