I have been going here for years and can only think of two bad haircuts. These are supervised students and one of the best I have ever been to. Now I live out of area but still drive down to get my hair cut.

Wow, Just wow. I went in to a do a simple hair cut. I got advance student which I thought was great. It was a a-​line cut with layers in the front. I even showed the girl photos in order to get the idea across what I wanted.
It turned out HORRIBLE! Chunks of it not even cut, the basic line was no where to being straight. Looked like someone took a chain saw to it and called it good.
After it was all done, I was almost in tears cause I felt so horrible about myself and how poorly it looked. My husband convinced me that I should go in and complain. That was even worse. The girl said «It looked fine» and that they could schedule me in 20 minutes to get it touched up. Since I had some place to be and couldn’t wait my whole day off there, I left. I did ask for a refund. Claimed they were a school and they were allowed to make mistakes. Doesn’t matter if you are a school, you are still a business, ACT LIKE ONE!
Do NOT waste your money on this place. I’m off to a proper salon in order to get my hair done right, I’m just crossing my fingers that they can save it.
