Great food, and definitely the best Mexican menu in Cedar City. Owners are wonderful and friendly staff. Unique items on the menu sets them apart from the rest. Pig lovin shrimp was very good. Only a 4 star rating because they didn’t have any soups on a cold winter day that we went there. A good Pozole or at least a tortilla soup should be a staple. Also, this is Mormon country so don’t expect any good Mexican Beers on tap to compliment your meal.

Stopped here on my way to California and Food was amazing! By far on my top 10 list of Mexican restaurants. The Horchata is delicious and so was the Molajete, I am definitely stopping by if I’m ever in Cedar City Utah

Brody’s Mexican restaurant was conveniently located just off the I15,(we are not local), so we were glad to find a Mexican restaurant in Cedar City. The food was 4 star with the highlight being their great salsa and Chile Verde. The service was very friendly but slow and overwhelmed but this could have not been staff’s fault due to a crowd rush. Atmosphere was bright but cozy, though sitting by the door can be cold in Winter.

Fun atmosphere and love the food! I always find something tasty on the menu and all the employees are always great… it’s also a perfect place for date night… I haven’t been disappointed yet.

Food is equal to our favorite Mexican restaurant in Scottsdale. Tamale and enchiladas outstanding. Will definitely come back as we travel north each year. Owner is delightful.

This food was good in general chips and salsa were also good even though it had some what of a sweet aftertaste. The atmosphere was nice but just SUPER quiet and awkward.

Olé’ This is as good as it gets in Cedar City. We have been coming to Cedar for years and have been disappointed time after time… except for Tony’s food truck, which is long gone. The smothered burrito and street taco’s are to die for. And the service is outstanding. The atmosphere is nice and the place is clean. Our server was working alone save for a woman bussing tables. We’re looking forward to our next visit. BTW we were there in early August.

Enjoyed shrimp tacos, once the correct order arrived, and I loved the hot chicken fajitas, but the sides of rice and beans were closer to cold in temperature. No draft beer at this establishment, and server had no idea about the bottled beers. Chips and salsa were good.

Two girls in their late 20’s road tripping across the country and we found ourselves in Cedar City, UT. Don’t judge us, but we’ve had Mexican in 4 different states in the past week, and Brody’s puts them all to shame. It’s clean, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is authentic. They had me at their salsa. Not only was their food excellent, their prices were affordable as well. If we ever find ourselves in Cedar City again we will definitely be returning to Brody’s!

Awesome place with dedicated management. Food is very good and the menu is much more diverse than most places. Street tacos are awesome for a quick cheap lunch. Molcajete is incredible. Enchiladas are fantastic as well.

This place is absolutely amazing! Loved it here but I could say that they could use more then one waitress during dinner service to care for their tables. But other than that it was great! I will definitely be coming back here more often!

Being from Texas, my hubby and I weren’t expecting anything great but it surprisingly was! The food was very fast and good. The Horchata was delicious!!! A lot of Mexican restaurants use a powered mix but it’s the real stuff here. Only bad thing was that it was near closing and the waitress seemed more interested in cleaning and closing up.

I wanted to update my initial review, just to say that this place has now become my favorite in Cedar City, hands down. I’ve now tried much of what’s on their menu, and it’s all good. But what I have to emphasize, is that it’s the basics that they get right. As mentioned before by me and others, their chips and salsas(all of them) are just terrific, you gotta try ‘em all. Even the refried beans and rice they serve with just about every meal are likewise really superb. You can tell they pay attention to the details, to the basic flavors that form the foundation of the meal. Their enchiladas are to die for. Both rojo and verde enchilada sauces are some of the best I’ve ever tasted — fresh and vibrant. Their tamales are something special, spicy but with real nuance, a cinnamon note that I remember from my grandmother’s tamales. Fluffy, tender chili rellenos with yet another fragrant sauce. Their carne asada and al pastor street tacos are right up there with the best I’ve ever had — anywhere(and I’ve eaten them all over the U.S. & Mexico). The takeaway is that this is handmade mexican food by someone who cares, armed with some killer recipes from his mother and grandmother. Don’t miss it.

Looking for the best Mexican restaurant in Cedar City? This place is it! Their street tacos are amazing, I especially liked their Hawaiian style street tacos! Service has always been great too. They have been talking about adding Peruvian food to the menu too, I hope they do that at some point!

I’m Brazilian, so usually I don’t like Mexican food. However, this place made me change my mind!!! This is by far the best Mexican restaurant I ever been!!! Food is fresh and colorful! The jugo de Maracuya is amazing, cheap, cold and it is served in a large cup! One thing for sure, is that the chips and salsa is out of this world!!! Chef Gordan Ramsy would be proud of this place! Don’t waste you time going anywhere else! Lupita’s cannot even be compared to this place. Brody’s staff was friendly and they spoke very good English and even better Spanish!!! OMG, I’m so happy that this place made me change my thoughts about Mexican food. Finally a real Mexican restaurant! Order the STREETTACOS, and the MOCAJETE! Muchas gracias Brody’s!!!

Very nice mix in selection of food and a big option for a la carte. Fresh ingredients and tasty food, closest thing to authentic around these parts. Good prices and the help bust their tails but are still understaffed a little Would recommend this place to locals and those coming up for vacation

Service was quick and attentive; a very polite server. The food was a bit above average for Cedar’s Mexican food establishments. Nothing to write home about but very satisfying.(The salsa served at the table tasted quite a lot like pizza sauce, very little like salsa. However, they have a salsa bar for wider variety so that wasn’t a big deal.) The price was a few bucks lower than I would expect for the quality of food, it felt like a great deal. My only complaints are about atmosphere; when I went in the restaurant was freezing. The first thign my server said to me is «Aren’t you cold? Maybe you should get a jacket?» If your restaurant is so cold you are recommending customers go to their cars for coats you need to turn up the heat. I sat in a booth and the«seat» part is fairly narrow(and I’m an average sized woman, not particularly large) meaning I felt like I was sitting«forward» at the edge of my seat the entire meal. The food is excellent but the discomfort of actually being in the restaurant kept me from giving more stars. Would be great to order to-go though!

Great food. Great service. Worth getting off I-15 for lunch or dinner. The restaurant was clean and the food was great. The street tacos were good and it would be a good idea to have some as a side to whatever you order.
