My wife chose the anniversary house to host our wedding and could not have picked a better place! Family occupied the rooms during the festivities while Nan was a wonderful host. She let us assemble décor and use the grounds for photos before our reservation, coordinated our vendors, made a happy bride and beautiful ceremony and reception. Thank you Nan for all of your help!

The owner is a sweetheart and you feel really at home here. Not previously a big B&B fan, but this one was just the ticket. We stayed in the country suite, which is huge and could easily sleep a family of 3. Nan cooks the breakfast and does a nice job accommodating special diets. They have a lovely garden and the house is tastefully decorated in the craftsman bungalow style. Walking distance to the Shakespeare Festival stages. Will definitely stay here the next time.

VERYCLEAN! This was just like staying with friends, I felt so at home and welcomed. There was chocolate cake waiting for us to snack on and sodas and tea/hot cocoa. We loved sitting out on the spacious deck into the evening. The back and front yard had impeccable green grass. Breakfast at 8:30 was yummy and started with strawberry-cream cheese pastries, coffee, juice, fresh smoothies followed by a cheesy egg melt on an English muffin and sausage and fresh fruit. Nan is indeed VERY personable and friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely stay! Oh, and the Shakespeare festival is easily within walking distance.

My wife, Linda, and I have stayed in many bed & breakfasts around the US and Canada. The Anniversary House was one of top two experiences we’ve had. Nan, the owner, made us feel comfortable with her beautiful accommodations, generosity and hospitality. A very relaxed atmosphere, she made great recommendations to area Cedar City attractions and restaurants. We both have pretty demanding food preferences(vegetarian, gluten-free…you know, the normal chef’s nightmare), but Nan was more than happy to accommodate. We were on a hiking trip and she gave us complete access to her kitchen so we could make our lunches for our day hiking trips. She’s a real professional who has taken her second career as a B&B owner very seriously. She obviously has done her homework and listened to her customers. Beautifully decorated home, prairie-style furnishings… but not overstuffed like many B&Bs.
