Love just us. Great diner for a cheap delicious bight. Omelettes are wonderful, but my go to is the onion sausage, eggs scrambled with cheese, hash-browns with onions and a biscuit. Wife loves the corn beef hash. At lunch you can’t beat the country fried steak. Place is good and cheap, but rich in southern hospitality!

We eat here multiple times a month and it’s always great. We can feed myself, my wife, my mother, and our daughter for under $ 30, you just can’t beat that. The food is great but you have to try the catfish, haven’t found any place else that makes tastier catfish.

The waitstaff is great and the food is ok. It’s just a very basic food. If you want anything other than very basic, this is not the place. I ordered bacon and it was over cooked and crispy to the point it crumbles in your hand. Tried to send it back for some not over cooked. The cook sent it back and said it was the best he could do. Lol. It does beat a drive thru breakfast but not by much.

Great food and down home staff. Picking up bright tanks for Crooked Rooster Brewery and needed breakfast. You wull not be disappointed. Long line moves quickly. Be sure to put your name on the gumball list.

Outstanding Plus, both breakfast and lunch. Great food and so reasonable. Very attentive staff. Sit at the counter and admire the precision of the staff and estimate how many plates come out every single hour, 6 AM to 3 PM; they lock the doors at 2:35 PM and that’s no joke. Great vibe and energy. Great coffee. It’s a simple diner done perfectly.

The food is always hot and delicious at Just Us Café. It’s a local place that usually has people waiting to be seated. Don’t worry the wait is not that long and it will be worth it. It was my teenage children talking about this restaurant that got me to give it a try. It’s located near their school and they go frequently for breakfast and lunch.
Portions are large, food is hot and prices are inexpensive. Over the last couple of months I tried waffles, pancakes, gravy biscuits, corned beef hash, fried flounder, along with grits and eggs. I love the hash browns and choose cheese and onion most of the time.
Definitely give my recommendation.
By the way, servers are attentive and friendly.

Great diner with excellent breakfast and lunch options. Breakfast is also available all day. Every server that works there is great and definitely takes care of their guests.

This place is on the short list of places I choose to go for lunch. I have been there several times, and each time I have not eaten a bad bite. I will get by there for breakfast one day soon. The atmosphere is very laid back. The wait staff will call you pet names like dear, sweetie, and honey which I don’t mind because it shows personality. They serve your food in a quick and timely manner, and offer your drink to go. The food is very reasonably priced and the portion size is plenty. The homemade biscuits are really good, and who doesn’t like a great biscuit? If you want a solid, good lunch under ten dollars I would go give them I try.

basic breakfast, basic diner décor, great prices – and best of all: great vibe. Expected the servers to have big hair and that was my only disapointment. Good grits, good coffee. Bathroom yukky, which is true with most dive-y places. Clean, but you know, yukky.
I’d go back!

I honestly did not want to review this location as it is my FAVORITE breakfast spot. I know you guys will be filling up my tables to this awesome place. I said it, I am selfish. but these guys deserve any kudos they can get. Love the food, staff, and atmosphere. Best breakfast by far in the city

oh my god the chicken fried steak will melt in your mouth and the lima beans are a reminder of mamas cooking… I cannot say enough good things about this place it is just awesome. prices are great too and so is the service.

I LOVE it! Huge portions, tiny prices, and super sweet service. It’s delicious downhome Southern cooking. We usually get breakfast but their daily specials are great too. We take my boyfriend’s mom here who loves the place and it’s kinda growing on us too! It’s just as good as an IHOP or Waffle House, you might have to wait a few extra minutes but it’s worth it.

Any place that calls me «darling», «sugar», «baby», «honey», «sweetie» & my favorite «sugar-babe» is all right by me.
A simple diner-type place. Breakfast all day, home-style Southern dishes & genuine care for their patrons.
I would eat here every day if I could (except Mondays, they’re closed).
Pancakes are fluffy, sausage/bacon is perfectly cooked, hashbrowns are cooked to order & coffee is plentiful.
Plus, you can easily get out of there for less than $ 10 after tip.
One of my favs!!!

This is my very first review. And it is worth. On vacation & used Unilocal to find this café. It was slammed packed on Saturday morning; had probably 10 – 12 people in front of us. But the seating went extremely fast!!! Staff was AWESOME; so friendly! Definite must try.

This has to be the place you go in Columbia for the best breakfast ever! You swear someone named Flo is waiting on you! The food is really affordable and the service is the best. Wife loves the coffee and I think their sausage is wonderful. Never had a bad meal there. Plus there doesn’t seem to be alot of turnover of staff. Everyone acts like the love working there. by the way these folks are big Carolina fans so you might want to leave your orange shirt in the car! Parking can be tough especially on a Sunday morning but you can park at the Krispy Kreme next door. that way you can pick up some doughnuts for the road after your monster breakfast!

A quaint, rustic kind of family owned restaurant. They are obviously HUGE Carolina fans as the entire place is plastered with Gamecock stuff. Fast and friendly service.. Decent food. Quite possibly the worst coffee in town. They make the coffee in those commercial «Bunn» coffee makers and, quite frankly, it was awful. For that reason alone, I won’t be back. I’m kinda picky about my coffee!
