I was having a problem with my iPhone and went to the Verizon store by the Safeway in Carefree. The guy in there couldn’t wait to get me out of there and did nothing to help me.
Then today I went to this location and they couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Breilen went out of his way to fix my phone. He was a pleasure to work with, very polite and knowledgable. The other gentleman in there was Aaron, was equally helpful. I will only go to this Verizon store from now on.
