Farmers Insurance – Glenn Grossman

I just want to take a moment to say what a pleasure it is to work with Tracy Grossman at Grossman’s insurance agency. I have had a couple of situations with my auto policy that needed support from my insurance company, and did I get it! Tracy’s personal customer service in both of these situations was far above board in all areas. She treats you with respect, is genuinely concerned about you, and goes far beyond the call of duty to help you in any way that she can. True, personal, wonderful customer service. There may be other insurance companies that are a few dollars cheaper, but I challenge you to find one that will go the extra mile for you like Grossman’s. It is hard to find customer service like this now days and I am truly grateful for receiving it!
