The trainers themselves are very good. The ownership and administration is an absolute disaster.

Great place for ultimate workouts! If you are serious about losing weight and/​or getting your body in top shape, this is one of the best gyms I have ever experienced. Santana will challenge you to push beyond your comfort zone. I’m glad he does since I’m in better shape than I was in my 20’s!

Cave Creek Crossfit is THE place for the an athlete who isn’t a professional but wants a professional-​grade workout. Santana and Erin teach you the finest nuances of every movement and the classes are filled with great competitors who you’d be comfortable having a burger and beer with after a workout. CrossFit is truly the best workout that I have found. This facility is great and well maintained, but the best part is the coaching staff! Their dedication and knowledge is truly remarkable. They want to see you succeed by providing excellent motivation and information regarding the workouts, techniques, diet, and overall health & well-​being. I very much appreciate the relationships that they form with their clients while encouraging us to form relationships with one another during the CrossFit classes. CrossFit Cave Creek is an excellent gym and community to be apart of!

Best equipped facility along with outstanding professional coaching staff and almost 50 classes offered per week!!! What else can you ask for. RESULTS!!! I am now a committed member and look forward to a long relationship with Crossfit Cave Creek. Shopped a lot of other boxes in the area and take my word for it, don’t waste your time. Whether or not you are a beginner or advanced crossfitter this place is where you want to be. Important to point out, I got hurt across the street from inexperienced coaches. Not gonna happen here!!!

Cave Creek finally has it’s own CrossFit box! This is a brand-​new, state-​of-​the-​art facility with the MOST dedicated coaches. I was new to the CrossFit ideology but both Santana and Aaron went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They’re just the right blend of motivational and educational, and after just a few short weeks, I’ve seen major improvements in my body. Doesn’t get much better than this. Do yourself (and your body) a favor and check them out!
