It’s certainly worth the money to walk through. Beware it smells like a funeral home in there. But it’s huge! You just keep going from room to room to room and it takes about an hour. We all loved it. The wolves were certainly the most impressive in my opinion. And the birds. There was a shark. My husband said he was cool, but I didn’t look. Scared of sharks. Give it a go!

Lions and tigers and bears! Oh my! They can all be found at the Mammoth Cave Wildlife Museum. I had a spastic fit of excitement when we came across this place. Over 1400 different species of taxidermied critters. The museum looks like it escaped out of Wisconsin Dells. Touted to have the best collection of rare and exotic animals not just in the area, but the entire Southeast. These animals are displayed in what would be their natural environment. I have to mention that at least 1,000 of these species are butterflies and bugs. Those little buggers add up real quick. The collection is impressive though.
