My lady and I were on a tour of bookstores in the area and this was the third shop we sought out. A very lovely place. My lady found a bunch of the books she liked, newer books. I found a couple, but I really love older books, antique books. Talking to the owner we learned a little about the bookstore’s history, and she also suggested a few other bookstores in the area that would suit my tastes, in addition to other interesting bookstores in Hudson, which we traveled to. So, all-​in-​all the owner was GREATNESS. Prices were very reasonable. Only wish the store was even bigger. Definitely will go back!

Reader’s nirvana. Great browsing atmosphere with a wide and eclectic selection of books curated by the owner. Books average half-​off or more from the cover price, another plus!
I believe the shop is fairly new. A great addition to Catskill.

This is what a bookstore should be. A collection of well-​cared-​for books, carefully selected and priced to move. Not all the books. Just the good ones, or what the proprietor thinks are the good ones.
