Exit 21 Quick Lube

I agree with, Mike L. They need updated equipment. I have been going their for as long as I can remember 1982 or 84 and nothing have ever been updated since. Business one «O» one has always told me and has never ever been wrong. One needs to spend money in order to make money.
I almost had a major mishap back in Feb or March of 2015 as ware the attendant was directing me to pull up to the track and in the blink of an eye, the overhead door come crashing down. It almost took out the attendant. I thought to myself, luck must of been on my side or something, because it would of totaled my car and perhaps I could of got seriously hurt or worse, killed.
Thankfully, the attendant was not hurt either. I remember the attendant making a statement that the car wash was now closed. LMFAO. I think it’s only a matter of time before they have a major mishap at Exit21 car wash and they get sued big time. I sure hope they have good insurance on that place. Truthly, I am shocked that any insurance company would even write them a policy on such outdated equipment.

Inexpensive and quick but dirty brushes may damage your car’s finish.
You sit in the car throughout the car wash. When I pulled up the attendant directed me to drive into the conveyor. He then power washed the car and scrubbed it with a brush on a pole. Then they sent me through the machines and the blow dryer.
After pulling out I immediately noticed some light parallel scratches in the windshield that matched the pattern of the attendant scrubbing. I tried wiping it off but they were in fact scratches. It wasn’t worth making a stink but I definitely won’t bother coming back here because I don’t want my car’s finish to be further exfoliated.

These guys are simply fantastic, I stop in all the time if any fluid is low or anything and they’ll check it for me. They treat me like I’m family and their pricing is always competitive. Wish there was a friendly business like this in my new hometown.
