This was the worst Bueno experience I have had in years. They were not busy when we arrived. We put our order in then began the wait. As we waited, lines formed out the door. Every table was full of people waiting. It ended up taking a literal 20 minutes to get our tacos.
I will never stop at this location again. Avoid if you are in a hurry.

I honestly like Taco Bell better. Taco Bueno is getting much better though. This one is a little different than most because it has a different design on the inside and it has a grill. On the plus side, I have a friend that has worked there, for at least three years.

They are busy! They need help here! But the place is clean and modern. It is also right by the casino which is convenient. If you don’t like soccer moms leaving the kids unattended to run around the diner then this place is for you. But overall if you’re looking for fast clean and almost Mexican food and you like taco bueno stop here–

Sitting in drive through after being told they are understaffed and the food is taking upwards of 5 minutes. Didn’t place an order but am now stuck in the drive through because there is no exit and they are not directing people to park and wait for their food. Never coming back here.

We stopped by the Catoosa, OK location as we traveled through Tulsa from Colorado. It was probably the worst shape I have ever seen for any restaurant I have ever been to. They were out of food (except apparently beans) at 9:45 pm even though they were supposed to be open until 1:00 am. People before us had ordered but couldn’t get their orders. The kitchen and food area looked like a bomb had gone off with food everywhere — yuck doesn’t cover it! Staff were completely flustered and unprofessional. We have stopped at that location before, so drove past the earlier locations to go there. Needless to say, we won’t make that mistake again!

I give two stars because the food taste-​wise was decent. However, the service was incredibly slow taking almost 10 minutes to make a single burrito, and the portions were small for the price of the items.

I generally like Bueno, but this one in spite of being a newer location needs some help, or maybe just some additional staff. There were no clean tables in the dining room, which is one of my worst fast food peaves. There was a long line both at the drive through and the dining room… the salsa counter was almost empty, which made it just look gross and unappetizing. And the trash receptacles were completely full and overflowing onto the floor.
So either they were unusually busy or they are understaffed… I think they were understaffed or just disorganized because there were a lot of people in the store, but most were waiting in line and there were a lot of empty (but dirty) tables.
I will at least give kudos that in spite of chaotic conditions, the staff were friendly and the food was as expected.

As far as bueno’s go, this is one of the better ones you will find. The food is usually better here than other locations for some reason. It is fresher, and the service is more reliable and quicker than other Bueno’s. What else can you say? It’s muy bueno!

came at 2am, while they were closing, the cashier was awesome he said you know yall be be closing, but ill gladly serve you folks. we got 25 burritos and 25 tacos, and they were awesome! thanks for being so understanding to our wedding party that was partying!

The food is always good here, but the drive thru service is almost always bad, and the lobby workers disappear as soon as customers show up. They are either under staffed or I always end up going when there’s a shift change. I’ve contacted corporate several times about different issues, and they’ve tried to make things right, but sadly the service just doesn’t seem to be that great if a big wig isn’t visiting. Oh, and the last time I went I ordered fajitas and the meat tasted like it had been coated in sugar… yuck. Fajitas at other locations have been great, so I dunno.

I love Taco Bueno. This particular location is one of my favorites. When your ordering lots of items and tacos without lettuce and tomatoes places typically don’t get your order quite right, this location does get it right.

The Taco Bueno is just «ok». The soft tacos seems to be overpriced for what was delivered. The fajitas was ok. I would go here again if there were no other options, but as a first choice.

Sand Springs, OK
Taco Bueno is already great, but add the service and the «cantina» feel… and I doubt you will ever get nasty refried beans that are hard or dry like at OTHER bueno locations. I think corporate has their eyes directly on this one, so it’s a safe bet!
