My first visit to this doctor for an annual exam: My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, but waited for 1 entire hour to be seen, and NO ONE apologized to me — not the receptionist, intake nurse, or the doctor. The doctor came into my room as I lay waiting on the exam table and she instructed me to stay laying down, because she had questions to ask. These questions were unusually personal to answer as I stared at the ceiling. They included asking about my criminal record, my history of abuse, and the number of sex partners I have had in my life.
Her exam was fast and rough. She was not gentle with her handling of my body, the way other doctors can be. I glanced at my watch when she finished her exam and left the room. She was finished at 12:10 PM. Meaning her barrage of questions and exam took a total of 10 minutes! She directed me to the clinic’s website for the results of my exam.
Over a week later, I received a letter in the mail instructing me to create a profile on their website, in order to view my test results. Unfortunately, their instructions did not work. I am to call the clinic for website assistance.
This experience was horrendous!
