Nasty food… Overly priced… never again.
Only good thing is the waiter was good…
But defiantly not like it use to be!!!

Don’t even waste your time! I wanted to try this new fire grilled steak; and was hopeful that I would be making this place a casual place for my cheap eats list. NOT so!!! Not sure if the waitress was simply overwhelmed by the number of patrons she had; but our order was not accurate nor the bill. Our sides were cold; and, well, the drinks were slow coming. She attempted to be friendly toward the end of our visit; but I still wasn’t impressed enough to leave nothing more than 5% as a tip.

Hit or miss when it comes to service at this spot but always great food. Half off appetizers after 9pm! Great deal! Always come here when I’m having the munchies or looking for a quick guilty pleasure fix. Also helps a lot when you are on a budget, thanks to their great deals.
I’ve had the worst servers at this Applebee’s but Patrick my recent server was great and very professional! I highly recommend him.

Horrible service. To start off we asked for a strawberry margarita. After getting our drinks we asked our server if we could have it blended instead of over the rocks, which seemed more like an issue than it should have been.
After getting our drink blended it tasted like a glass of lime sour mix rather than an actual strawberry margarita. We discussed the issue with the bartender who said she could not do anything unless we first discussed it with our server. Once we presented the issue to our server she said it was due to the fact that we asked for it «blended» so it could not be made properly.
Not only was our drink an issue but we found a long scraggly black hair in our shrimp!
GROSS!!!

I don’t know what is going on with Applebee’s at this location, but it seems as though this restaurant is going down hill. I guess the management team or corporate are low on funds, so they are cutting down on good food on the menu. First they took away the Lemon Shrimp Fettuccine and replaced it with something not worth buying. Then they replaced the garlic bread stick with a hard inedible roll. The only good thing about this restaurant is the 2 for $ 20 deal, but no matter what, you will still end up going over your $ 20 budget. Service here is fairly okay, manager is sometimes present in the restaurant. Not a lot of selection of food, since they keep cutting down the menu.

Worst service ever, I agree with previous reviewers. Waitress was very rude from the beginning and kept rolling her eyes and slamming our food and drinks down on the table. Our drinks came out about 5 – 10 min apart separately for all four of us. Asked for the manager and a short little fat guy with teeth missing came out lol. After explaining the problem his excuse was that we ordered «Too Much Food» for them to bring every thing at the same time. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this location of applebees. One of the worst places ever that I have been to.

Without a doubt, worst restaurant ever. Rest assured I took to the Internet within minutes to register my disgust throughout the world…
First, I order a margarita, you know, the kind with the refill tin. Not only was there no refill in said tin, but a dead bee came sloshing out into the depths of my glass like some sort of twisted garnish from hell.
I work in a restaraunt. This is not a big deal. Shit happens. The staff had no idea that I am allergic. I didn’t swallow it. I asked for a new drink and moved on.
Second, we ordered sandwiches. The check time was 11 minutes before our server, who’s name will not be mentioned to protect the fantastic, swung by to let us know they were out of bread. Also, not a big deal, Burger buns will do just fine.
About five minutes after they ask about the bread, a manager swings by to let us know they are out of the necessary meat for one of the sandwiches. But not to worry, he will be buying us an entrée. Fantastic. The new York strip with sweet potato fries and a loaded baked potato with all of the trimmings it shall be!
Oh what a disappointment of a steak it was. There was more gristle and fat in this steak than in my 90 year old grandmother’s left ass cheek. It’s over cooked. It’s leathery. And all we were going to ask for was some A1 to make choking it down a possibility. It’s a free steak? What do we care? And then we saw it.. .
The baked potato–
Oh how I wish that I had taken a picture to share with the world. Under a pound of sour cream, melted just-​add-​water cheese, and 2 miniscule bacon crumbles was the nastiest, nappiest hair, I have ever come across.
The piss poor excuse for a manager comps the check. I request that he comp it down to .01 $ so that I still have the ability to tip my server. He informs me that this request is impossible. You would think that I had personally requested for her majesty, the Queen of england, to lick the soles of my feet after walking through dog shit.
However, I was given the option of purchasing dessert, and paying for that so I could tip my server.
So let me get this straight, (I’m still talking to the piss poor shit excuse of a manager here), you want me to order more shit food from your shit kitchen that I don’t want?
We were there for two hours, left hungry, and now we will never be back.

My fiancé and I frequent Applebee’s and they have really great happy hour specials every night and the food and drinks are always delicious. The service is hit or miss. Most nights we get great servers, but they do have a few servers who are just absolutely terrible (one had us wait about 20 mins for a box). Overall would recommend.

Today I went to work ordered the two for $ 20.00 a to riblet and slaw, salads and chicken penne pasta, so why these people only coated one side of the riblets… trifling.

The food was GREAT and our server was awesome we had a good family night out, we will defiantly return

This was my first time here on a date. The food was okay, cooked to order – the only thing is the server wrote nothing down and got my order completely wrong. Even my drink order was wrong. Then when I asked a server to please wipe down my sticky table, she asked me if I wanted to sit somewhere else to avoid cleaning it. I’d go back, but probably not with that team of servers on the clock.

It’s not the best place in the world but it’s cool! They have improved the menu! The burger I had was out of sight! Not a formed pattie but lightly packed meat just like I like it. The drink specials are good too and happy hour! It’s close to my house and very rarely a wait so I visit frequently !! Just be careful not to play games on the table top they are $ 1.99 and will be added to your bill! Our server failed to mention that and the kids was going ham with the games. Nevertheless I will be going back because lots of improvements on the food and it’s a great chill spot in my area for happy hour!

We just came there wait for 10 min, no server showed up AT ALL!!! We are in Loafers cross street now. Way better!!!

There are few Applebees within driving distance and I was surprised of the good changes in the food menu. Food calories are provided and dessert and drinks can be ordered in the tablet in the dining table.

I made a Unilocal account just to say how poor the service here is. As soon as I walked in I was asked If I was over 18 which could be the worst insult ever considering the fact that the hostess looked at least 16. After being seated at the worst booth seats this place could ever afford, we had to call the waiter at least 5 times before he asked if we wanted water then dip set before taking our order for any appetizers. Seeing our waiter ask how were doing is rarer than seeing vin diesel NOT star in an under budgeted childrens movie. As the 10 year old ketchup-​stained prison bus seats I was sitting on continued to fall apart our food finally arrived. The food was extremely under average I can buy a lunchables from giant and serve it here as an appetizer and no one would tell the difference. Dis place is a bop. ⁰⁄₁₀ would rather have Donald trump as president for two terms.

Worst fucking service I have ever had. How is this place not closed down. If you’re looking for a shitty place to ruin your mood and appetite, this is the perfect place for you. Got seated then waited for 30+ minutes just for our order to be taken. Currently been waiting for fucking 15 minutes just for a fucking take out box. Waiter doesnt come to check on the table unless he’s bringing something. The music is shitty. Service is shitty. Fuck me. Fuck this place. Fuck everything here. Fucking incompetent shits.

My Dad wanted to go here for his birthday. We both ordered meals and shared an app. First issue no sweet potato fries. Strike one. We were there on Monday night, which means it was not busy and the table service was really slow. Strike two. I then noticed that the hostesses and waiters were kinda grouped in a corner socializing. Strike three.
I don’t care if you socialize but at least be up on your tables so that your guests do not have to wait extended amounts of time for common things like refills, paying the bill etc.

I’ve been to this Applebees plenty of times and I would not describe it as «ghetto,» as Sam K did below. He must be trolling for laughs at the expense of stereotyping, but please believe me — he’s an idiot.
The comments about the food being hit and miss are true, but not because of staff fault. Pasta too dry? Not enough queso for your potato twisters? Reasonable complaints, but understand that the food prep is governed by corporate demands — it sucks to be charged extra just to make sure the food is prepped to your individual liking, but it is not the servers fault. They can’t give every customer «the hook up,» so it’s asinine to expect otherwise, from any chain restaurant.
Bar service is great. Most of the bartenders have been mixing for years and they all have great personalities. Plus, if you don’t want a listed drink, but you still have a taste for something specific, they will whip you up a custom drink that you are sure the LOVE. Jazz, Tanisha and Khalilah all are bomb — get to know your bartenders well, tip them well, and they will always look out for you.
Wait service can sometimes be hit or miss. Although no one has ever asked me «Whatchoo be wantin» (side eye again to Sam K), I do have my favorites. Rasheed, Aaliyah, Andrew, Tammy, Ashley, Raven — you can’t go wrong with them. Most of the younger servers are still in school, so feel free to engage them in conversation.
Game days, Happy Hour (9-​close), Ladies Night (Wednesday), and First Fridays can sometimes be a bit loud. Tuesdays are Kids Day ($ 1 their meals) so it’s pretty quiet then. They even have kids movies playing and a guy that does balloon animals.

It’s late, you have no other options, but you don’t feel like cooking…
You say to yourself this time may be different… Not!
Poor service and the cook comes to you cold…
I have to remember to just keep it moving.
