Very disappointed in my experience with Walls. After the job was complete and paid for, I still had a gap under my front screen door, the side covering is popping out of the newly installed door frame, rear door does not stay closed during some days and because of the loose installation, blows wide open in the wind. Water still penetrated to the new back door(until I took it upon myself to caulk the top that had not been done but was paid for). At my request, they took a damaged siding sample from our home in order to match it for another job we were going to hire them for but then they never contacted us again. After weeks of looking at an exposed area of our house and with no word from Walls, I finally replaced all of the siding myself. When I called to politely register my concerns for a job that does not appear to be satisfactory or fully functional, I was asked to call back in a few days if I don’t hear from someone. Making it my responsibility to contact them again if I don’t hear from them only confirmed for me that the lack of commitment to satisfied customers was quite different than what I had experienced elsewhere. Making the disappointed customer the responsible party for following up when you violated their trust and confidence, only served to upset me further. I paid too much to have to work this hard to simply get what we paid for in the first place. And yes, you guessed it… we didn’t hear from anyone since then. The issues with the doors remain to this day(work was done summer of 2014) as a reminder of the very poor workmanship. I had expected a higher level of service and ethics… or even customer care. I would avoid this company if you require someone who cares.
