A customer should not have to call multiple times to inquire about giving this firm business. After three failed attempts to obtain a re-​roof quote I gave up. I suggest you choose another vendor as well. If they are not responsive in the beginning, how with their follow up be? Or how will they be at honoring a warranty?
The discourteous office manager/​bookkeeper should be kept for interface with customers.

I just had this company reroof my flat garage roof and they did a great job at a reasonable price. The crew did a nice job cleaning up after themselves before they left.
