Chaffin Air Conditioning

Our antique HVAC, over 10 years old, finally wore out completely on the day before Thanksgiving!
We had no heat. Brrr!
Thankfully these wonderful folks came over immediately (they had come before on two service calls last summer) and literally rescued us from our emergency by installing a newer, bigger tonnage, better (used but still boxed) replacement, all done with very short notice. Included were a crane to lift the old and new off and up to their rooftop locations. In addition, a six person crew was needed for handling, making roofing repairs and applying new patches of waterproofing where the previous material had dried out! A great job and strong effort by their friendly crew!
We now have heat for the rest of the holidays.
Patrick gave us two options for a special price and even discounted that subtracting our invoices for two previous service calls for the old unit

Not friendly staff and $ 135 for a service call when the competitors are half the price and alot nicer. I will no longer use their services

They have great customer service. When I was purchasing my home, I had them come out and check the ac to make sure it was in good condition. They were on time, professional and very honest. They are a great company and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a air conditioning company.
