Starbucks

These ladies are great in here. They are always friendly and they always get my order right. One note of caution is that generally the person taking the order is the person making the order so if you don’t have a straight up coffee, you may be waiting a little bit of time. So easy to get my coffee and groceries in one fail swoop though. Thanks guys!!!

Poor customer service. While waiting to order I had to endure the barista converse with a old lady (while moving at a snails pace and even stopping to continue the conversation) about how crime is such a problem at this location for 2 mins before she took my order (plus others behind me). I’ll never be back to this location again!

I love this Starbucks. They are open early, have a great staff and they make the BEST Latte’s and Frappuccino’s in the area.

My favorite Starbucks in the Bay Area so far! I love coming in the AM on my way to work the cashier is super sweet and friendly! Thank you Starbucks for being so perfect and making my mornings.

I would never come here again! Awful service. I was standing waiting for 15 min, while «Lisa» did not even acknowledge me. Once she was done with her washing and wiping, oh she took her time; come to me with an angry face and took my order. I went to seat at the tables waiting for another 10 min, then I walk up to her asking for my coffee, she yelled at me «I PUT YOUR COFFEE HERE, IT WAS HERE, YOU DID NOT GET IT?» So rude! I saw she was nice to the lady behind me and was quick to place her order; not sure if because I’m Asian. I’m felt unwelcome. I wish I can give it ZERO star.

I once ordered a venti iced green tea latte but the barista looked confused and later asked me if I knew what was in the drink so I said matcha powder, milk, and sweetner and then I was watching the barista make the drink but she put in green tea lemonade instead of milk! She added matcha powder and sweetner into the drink and gave it to me. It was absolutely disgusting. I didn’t say anything I just threw the drink away and walked out. Never coming to this location again. I understand she’s a new worker but how do you do that after I told you what’s in the drink? I was going to complain and ask her to remake it but the line was already so long and she was the only worker. Don’t waste your time here, I waited 15 minutes for my drink and I couldn’t even drink it.

You know, I like the coffee here. It was good coffee for a Starbucks in Safeway. However, the service is usually very slow. Once the there was two servers, one who was useless doing nothing, and the other couldn’t get their shit together, spilling drinks and going SUPER slow. The last time I went there, this one barista started making fun of me saying «you’re gonna get fat you know.» Um… I don’t need your opinion, especially when you left me standing there for five minutes as you spun a story to your coworker… It’s like seriously, barista be throwing all the shade. Never coming back… Thanks Lisa the barista!
Oh, shutout to this other barista with brown hair and glasses: you made the best caramel Frap ever. I just wanted to make that known because it was really good and you shouldn’t have to go down with this rant.

Wow, Can you say SLOW service! Maybe the lady working the counter should drink some of the product, that way she can pick up the pace. Will never come back!!!

I should have spent more money and gone to Peet’s right next door.
The only reason why I decided to go to this mini-​me Starbucks is the fact that the Just4U App from Safeway was offering $ 2.00 grande frappuchino (any flavor).
I go there, the lady was helping me was eh, not very friendly, not very «omgosh, I hate my job”-ish, just eh. She took my order and that was about the only thing she did.
There was only two people working here when I went, one was taking overs and the other lady was making drinks. There was a few people waiting for their drinks, which I thought maybe they just got there. I don’t believe that was the case.
The service was beyond slow. It was down-​right at a stand still. Everyone that was in front of me got their drinks, eventually. The family that got there after me got their drinks. But wait! Where was MY drink… you may ask, well I;ll tell you…
Apparently, a Mocha Frappuchino with whip, was too hard to make and they decided to make all the Grande-​non-​fat-​sugar free-​light milk-​whatsitscalls over my simply made order. I stood there utterly pissed off while the family after me got their order.
The lady that took my order looked at me a few times while I was waiting for my order but never thought to ask or think, why I was standing there, ready to bit someone’s head off.
Finally, after the family of 5 (that came AFTER me) got their order before I did, the lady who took my order, asked the lady who was making orders, where my drink was. It was sitting there for a while waiting for them to put some whipped cream on it. I could tell because my drink was half melted by the time I got it.
Beyond frustrated, I took my drink and stormed off, not even thinking to give them a piece of my mind. Now that I am calm from the ordeal, I will take my time to write this review where it will forever remain on Unilocal.
Thanks for nothing Starbucks workers.

For a safeway starbucks its pretty nice. I like that they have all these tables and chairs so you can kind of chill out, but its noisy and busy.

This Starbucks is inside of the Safeway, which is 24 hours. The staff were nice and made my coffee quickly and it didn’t taste any different from the other Starbucks I’ve been to. Not many people know that this Starbucks is here, so the lines are normally not that long. Great for when you do your early morning shopping and need a pick me up!
