I’ve been in a number of times but typically stop at another location purely for convenience. Lately I’ve been placing mobile orders and stopping by and two times in a row I’ve had issues with my drinks– the first one was simply they didn’t read it and made it iced versus hot. The second time however, is what made me write his review. I ordered my regular drink plus a mango carrot smoothie for my daughter who is severely allergic to milk. Upon arrival they were making our drinks(a little behind) but thank heaven because the guy on bar immediately added the Greek yogurt– I had to shout to get him to stop making it and ask him to read the instructions for the drink. To which he replied«oh.» Then he proceeded to pour the coconut milk into a dairy pitcher– then a woman chipped in and explained they were out of protein powder. So I explained I did not want the beverage anymore. So she proceeded to refund me $ 6.55– when I was somehow charged $ 7.15 on the app. When I mentioned this she replied abruptly with«You order.» Repeated my order and I said«yes… $ 7.15 but I really don’t have time to sit here and argue.» Because I had already wasted 15 minutes of time I did not have– hence the mobile order. Come on Starbucks– get it together. Dairy allergies are real and your customers can get sick. If it was lactose intolerance I wouldn’t be so irate– but it’s an allergy and had I not seen him make it I would have trusted these employees would take the time to read my order. Is that asking too much?

I so wanted to give this store five stars but unfortunately an episode with a very rude partner Chris has lost it a star. This used to be a terrible Starbucks — dirty and very unfriendly — and now Jessica, the new manager, has totally turned it around. It’s become my favorite Starbucks and I go there daily. My drink is not complicated but I am picky about it and generally they make it perfectly … Big shout out to Alexis, Victoria and Valorie … you’re all amazing — thank you.

This starbucks is the worst!!! Their is no sense of urgency, the workers are rude. Managements main job is sitting in the back and popping their head in once in a while. Their are a few good baristas but the larger one needs to realize you cant continue a conversation with someone when you have a customer at the front of the line. I literally leave pennies for tips because that all the extra money that they deserve

I used to come here all the time before since it’s close to me. I used to hate the service, about two years ago. I would always drive further to the one on Castro valley Blvd. I decided to give this place another try, even though the parking isn’t the best. This location has really turned it around. The place is much cleaner first off. Used to be dirty all the time. Second the service has improved a lot. Used to take forever and a day to get my drink, now it’s quick service. I believe they understand you have to get customers in and out because of the parking. I once had an issue with my drink and the store manager stepped in and took care of it.

Not a bad location, but not amazing. No drive-thru and needs more parking. Staff was pretty friendly, but did take awhile to serve us even though there were no other customers inside. The seating is a bit awkward and lacking in chairs. Overall, I got my coffee and it was really clean so I would stop here again.

I love this particular Bux. They are always super nice and attentive. I always feel right at home here and the drinks are excellent. I stopped by for a hot tea tonight and they went above and beyond by looking in the back for me. It was so nice of them and they even asked if I wanted my honey melted in. It’s the little things like this that make me return to this Starbucks when I’m in the neighborhood. Thank you Joyce and the awesome Starbucks team! Y’all rock!

I’m sure the team works to the best of their ability. That being said, management doesn’t set the bar high at all. Waited 25 minutes for a black iced coffee when there was one customer ahead waiting for one drink. There is no sense of urgency, no knowledge of recipe, no standard of cleanliness. I’ve been here several times, and each time I kick myself for having done so. I know Starbucks has a higher standard of performance, and building the right team can be a challenge, but it’s not getting any better.

Rolled up for a quick cuppa after a 12 hour day… On my way to the gym. They were completely OUT of regular drip coffee. In fact, they didn’t even have any beans ground, or filters prepared for a new batch. I had to wait while the clerk ground the beans, then waited some more while she brewed the pot. It was a fresh cup, but I could have gone to my house up the street for that. I was trying to save my TIME. Not cool.

If you’re not in a hurry and you don’t give a damn about how it’s made then it’s fine. However if you expect a place to make something faster or at least as fast as you can or hear your order correctly then stay clear. Youth entitlement is rampant here. Someone made the wrong drink they lady said something and the response was, «that ones not yours then». Really? How about sorry let me make you a new one. Also not ever said here is «I apologize for the delay.» Also can the overweight barista please wear a sweat band? Call me picky but I don’t enjoy perspiration dripped in my drink.

I hate writing bad reviews but unfortunately after several visits here hoping maybe the service would get better, I have to say this is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The parking here is horrible! They are out of stock of everything all the time. They forget to make people’s drinks and leave the costumer waiting until the customer finally complains. They mess up on drinks ALL the time. The costumer service people are nice but always look confused like they are just learning. Two stars for the few times it’s not packed and also for the location being so close to home.

I usually order a caramel brûlée from a different location everyday during the holidays. I came to this location this time and got my coffee. I was driving in my car and I noticed it didn’t taste right. I take the lid off and it’s completely white because the barista forgot the put espresso in my drink. No problem everyone makes mistakes. I drive back to this Starbucks and tell the barista that I think she forgot to put the shots of espresso in my coffee. I take the lid off to show her. She tells me «no I put two shots of espresso in your drink». «Then why is it white»? «It’s white from the whip cream» That’s when I had to really keep calm and ask her to re make my drink. Oh by the way I used to be a manager at a Starbucks. Worst customer service ever. Never coming back to this location. I would give her name but of course she wasn’t wearing a name tag.

One of the main reasons i go to starbucks is because it is always standardized and clean. I always know what to expect and i love that no matter what city i go to a Starbucks with the same great service ane flavor will have my favortite drink there. I am so upset that there is a Starbucks as disgusting as this one. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at Srarbucks. First off, we ordered our drinks and then I went to use the restroom. The moment I stepped in I was like wow this is really gross. There was trash all over the sink, floor, and the trash can was filled to the top. Then I walked up to the toilet and there was all sorts of toilet paper, paper towels, used toilet seat covers and other disgusting stuff inside the toilet bowl. I almost wanted to throw up but I really had to use the restroom and I am on a road trip heading back to Los Angeles so I have no time to waste. I tried to flush the toilet and of course… it didn’t flush! The flush handle was broken and clogged up! I was so upset! It was so gross. I have never been in such a filthy restroom in my life! Secondly, we grabbed our drinks and headed to the car. As soon as we sipped our drinks we almost threw up! My boyfriends venti caramel machiato had no sweetner! It tasted so bitter and strong. And my caramel machiato had wayyyyy too much soy milk! Like it tasted like just soy milk with caramel at the bottom! My boyfriend and I were so furious and we wanted to go back to complain and get a refund or at least get our drinks made again but we were on a time crunch and really needed to get going. So I’m asking management to really take a look at this review and do something about it. I wish I could get reimbursed for these drinks and disappointment. I basically wasted money and time because we did not drink these machiatos. They were so disgusting and this Starbucks does not deserve to be called a Starbucks.

It’s hard to rate a Starbucks with a low score b/c all Starbucks are so standard that it’s hard to mess up. I ordered a java chip frap with peppermint syrup in their new mini frap size. This size is perfect for me as I don’t like drinking too much frap anyways. I received my frap and it was so liquid-y it didn’t even look like a frap and looked more like an iced coffee or chocolate milk. I mean it still tasted good, tasting like a minty chocolate milk with chocolate chunks in it, but that is not a frap. The frap didn’t even seem like it was blended with ice or anything. I’ll definitely still come to this Starbucks again but very disappointed in the frap making and hopefully giving them another chance will make up for it.

This location had bearly NO parking spaces. Which is shared by other business. OMG!! You are lucky if you find a spot quickly when you pull in here. Though the barista are pleasant and polite. This location is in need of an up grade remodel or something new!

Walked in at 0630 to a rude employee, who gave the impression we were an inconvenience to her day. She was very short with us and when we asked for something she would roll her eyes and make it feel like we here asking for something difficult. All we asked was for blueberry oatmeal instead of regular oatmeal. Like it is that difficult to change it to blueberry. And on top of that they play the music so damn loud you can even talk let along hear yourself think. Even though Starbucks is the the McDonald’s of coffee. You would think they could employ someone that would at least wanna be there. Bypass this place i am sure there is another Starbucks not to far away or go to Peet’s. I know that’s down the street off Redwood Rd.

I went there this morning with about 35 minutes before the start of my class out in Livermore. We walk in, one girl working the register with a decent size line, another girl behind her putting pastries away(not acknowledging the line at all), and one barista who was not moving fast. Bad feeling as we were standing in line to order only 2 tall iced vanilla coffees(not confusing you would imagine) and ending waiting in the line for about 5 – 7 minutes. Hardly moving and the girl working the pastries — she runs off to the back, we won’t see her for awhile. Luckily, ordering went fast. It was waiting for the drink that disappointed me. A long line of drinks for one barista to make was already asking for problems but when that barista cannot make more then one drink at a time, we were screwed. Ended up waiting 15 minutes for these two small drinks. The half and half was empty. Handed the empty container to the barista and she puts it on the back counter and asks somebody else to get a new one. Unbelievable, forced to wait just for some cream. The attitude of the associates is poor, no sense of urgency, and completely unable to keep up with the business they are lucky to get. Oh, and I missed a quiz in my class because of this damn coffee. Never again!

I was super early for an appointment. What better place to waste time than at a Starbucks? Maybe that’s what everyone else who sits around a Starbucks is doing too? I found myself sitting around a Starbucks. Im not one who would normally do that. The location sucks. Ive tried to come here in the past and parking is not customer friendly. I got my usual Iced Americano. I will say that the employees were impressive. Not only were they on point with customers and drinks. They were constantly cleaning. Not just one person, but all of them. They were living the motto, «If you have time to lean, you have time to clean». Impressive. So I sat around for two hours sipping my beverage and absorbing their wifi. Id say Ill come back again, if I can park and if I mess up my appointment times again.

So done with this location. I pass it every morning on my new route to work, I have stopped three times in the last month and have been disappointed every single time and today was the worst. In my experience at this location I have had to wait FOREVER to order and wait for my coffee. I have seen several people leave very annoyed, one guy paid for his drink, saw the line of us waiting and just took off in a huff. The service is just mediocre. They never seem to have enough people working the counter. I witnessed today that if they know you, then you get good service. The girl ahead of me just walked in, the guy saw her, took off for a while, had his back to us for a few minutes then produced her tea and she paid and left without even putting in her order. So today, after waiting for a few minutes to order and then get my drink I noticed when I picked it up that it felt very light, being in a hurry and knowing that asking for more milk takes time and especially at this location might take 5 minutes, I just left. When I got to my car I pulled of the top and saw that the foam was about an inch from the top and there was about an inch of foam, no lie. So I paid $ 4.45 for a Grande Caramel Macchiato and ended up with a tall. I haven’t visited a Starbucks in over a week because its just getting to be too expensive, and when I finally do visit, I pay way too much for the coffee I ordered. I think I might just give up on Starbucks all together and start going to Peets, I can easy stop at two Peets locations on my way to work, might just start doing that. Starbucks has gotten too big and I think that their employees forget that we are paying A LOTOFMONEY for a cup of coffee because we enjoy the service and the product, well when they are lacking in both good service and good products, what’s the POINT?!
