This is the best bike shop around! I’ve purchased two bicycles here in the past 12 months, both Salsa’s — one El Mar and one Horsethief. They’ve had everything I needed, took the time to make sure that got on the right bike, everything worked for me and I was happy with it. They organize weekly rides of nearby Chabot which is a great opportunity to learn a bit about how to ride, meet some new people and burn off those beer calories. The best part about buying from these guys is that you can sit on the bike and ride it around to get a great feel for how it will ride when you’re going up or down trails. They’ll pretty much match any online price too so you get the same deal but with the full service and an actual person to talk to about your questions.

endless cycles is a great bike shop. great employees. and great gear. i have been dealing with jeff and scott from the beginning almost. they have always been there for me. i purchased my trek at another bike shop that jeff once worked at. he still services my bike. sometimes with no charge. very rare in this day and age. i have not been to the shop for a while. because of some back problems. but i will be returning soon. i wont let anyone else touch my bikes. except for jeff and scott. they are quite possibly the best owners of a bike shop in california… i highly recommend endless cycles to everyone. no matter the brand of bike. or condition. they get it done.

I picked up my Trek Fuel EX 7 that was online ordered at Endless. The service, advice, and setup of my new bike was excellent. Scott took the time to setup my suspension, explaining what he was doing and also explaining all the features of my new mountain bike.
Jeff took the time to help me get the right helmet.
I enjoyed my time there and feel that any future needs will be met with the same excellent service.

Great local East Bay cycling shop. The Endless crew has always taking care of me of any situation when I’m a bind. If haven’t checked out the new shop its worth the trip. The bicycle museum upstairs is pretty damn awesome.
