CVPNS is truly a gem in our CV community! This is a play-​based co/​op preschool that offers families with an amazing opportunity to get involved in your children’s formative learning years, while also building a sense of community for the family («it takes a village to raise a child»), and Ms. Charlene is amazing! Being part of a cooperative preschool, does require commitment from parents (volunteering once a week during school day, contributing time towards maintaining the school, attending parent meetings), but typically these are activities/​commitments that you want to see from an involved parent community. Getting to know your children’s friends and their parents/​families is invaluable. My son has blossomed while in this school– he has learned so much, he has an incredible imagination and as a family we now have a ‘village’ to support healthy/​happy preschool years!

CVPNS is not just a great school, it provides a great community of like minded parents that work to provide for fun education and enrichment for all the kids.

Great COOP! My 3 yr old made memories, friends and loved his teachers. It’s a hidden Jem in this town. It’s everything you want in a preschool and more. They take non potty trained 3 yr olds too. It’s great if one parent has the time and flexibility to participate in this COOP. Unfortunately for us we had to leave due to conflicts with our work schedules.

A hidden treasure! Love this school. Not always the best option when both parents work, as it is a co-​op and involves allot of parent participation. If you have supportive family who can help you out it can work! The tuition is much much less than other schools. The enviornment is very nice and nurturing.

This is a great school. It’s a coop and we like being part of the school. It also makes it a lot cheaper for us than some of the other options. It’s a in a house and the whole yard is play area. The street isn’t busy and traffic noise isn’t an issue for the school.
The teacher, Mrs. Patti, is amazing. Part of what is great for me is seeing how she works with the kids and I find myself thinking «What would Mrs. Patti say?» when trying to figure out working with my 4 year old.
Can’t say enough good things.
