Castro Valley, CA
I currently live here, and have very few complaints. The manager, Nina is very nice. The maintnence man Maurice is very handy. The prices is fair compared to other locations in the area, and considering that water, garbage, electricty and gas is included. The other tenants are mostly quiet and friendly.
The only negatives I have are that the apartments could use some electrical upgrades (only a few outlets have the grounding hole for the sockets), and it would be nice to have some more laudry machines. Also, I like to pay all bills online, and there is no option to pay rent this way.
