Went for eyelash extensions and massage. The lashes fell out overnight-​paid $ 65 and had to pay $ 105 the next day for a full set. Also had a massage for 90 minutes. The room was not comfortable and the service unlike any other professional massage. Price was $ 100 including a $ 15 off coupon. All workers are independent contractors and require cash payments which was not advised in advance. Would not recommend. Try Rumors for quality and similar prices.

I love going to Serenity Day Spa & Salon. I always get my hair cut by Rebecca. The first time I had it done she encouraged me to keep my long hair (I love long hair) and she styled it to compliment my face. I have gone to her ever since (2 years) and I always receive compliments on my hair.
Then there is Amber. She does my eyebrows and actually makes it pleasurable. I also had her do my makeup for my daughter’s wedding. Her artistry was incredible and I left the Salon feeling and looking beautiful.
Emily typically makes my appointments and checks me out. She is lovely… always attentive and accommodating. She is a pleasant finish to a happy experience!

I always look forward to coming here when I visit home. The Spa is beautifully decorated, really clean and so welcoming! I have had several services (facials, waxing, hair, massage and nails) here and I am always impressed! The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and really go out of their way to provide you with the best experience! Will always be my go to spa!

My boyfriend bought me a spa day for my birthday so I went yesterday to use it and the experience was interesting. The personalities there are absolutely wonderful, I loved my masseuse, her name was Tracy, she was super nice and the massage was nice. My boyfriend bought me a deep tissue massage, but in the end he could have saved thirty dollars and bought the swedish massage, because this was not a deep tissue massage. I have them a lot and this was not that. so if you like an actual deep massage, try someone else or go somewhere else. The massage though was great with timing, she did every part of my body and I never felt like she rushed.
I also received a mani-​pedi, there was a huge mix up so I didn’t end up getting what I wanted, but they did credit me back the money so I left with a balance. The woman was really sweet and we had a great conversation, but again the service was not so great. Their Serenity Mani and Serenity Pedi was literally some lotion and nail polish. I had my feet buffed a little bit, but there was no massaging on my legs or feet — I have had better mall experiences. Also, if you have anything on your nails you better check with them, as I almost couldn’t get my nails done because they don’t have the machinery to get certain stuff off like shellac.
To sum up– the people are so nice, but for $ 200 it wasn’t worth it.

I’ve always been here on a gift card and the services have been nice; however during my last pedicure the person doing my toes left to answer her cell phone and continued to have a conversation while I was waiting to finish. Ive had pedicures before with a lady with brown hair and she was fabulous! Prenatal massage was great. I also enjoyed getting my eye brows waxed but it’s in the basement and it’s a little creepy and smells musty

This place is as good as it gets in this area. The people working here are top notch, professional, personal, and just lovely. I like to treat myself to massages, pedicures, facials every month. My father recently passed away and I need a little extra to keep my depression at bay. Ive sampled lots of spas, salons in this area, and this place is special. I had the «diamond package», which is a great deal. I had an amazing massage, facial, and nails done. All were wonderful. These people take their job quite seriously, and it shows. They also have loads of personality and make you feel at home. I just want to say I hope this place continues to thrive, they are a great asset to this community.
