came in for what I thought would be a quick oil change. especially since the parking lot was empty and there was one car in the garage. guy said it wouldn’t be too long. I have been waiting now for 65 mins… for an oil change. remind me not to come here again. ridiculous.

I was in a big hurry to get some tires added to the front of my car and a complete alignment. They came through with doing as i requested and not telling me I had to add to the back as this is their policy. I got all of this done in less than an hour and they were awesome. Costco, Discount Tires and Tire Barn all said I had to put on back and rotate the rears to front. I am not difficult to please when I am paying. Do as I ask. It is not a law that the rears go back on the front. It is their suggestion and company policy. But years ago, it was the opposite. So in 20 years it will go back the other way.

I bought my tires here a while back and got the «Road Hazard Protection» for them. I developed a slow leak in one tire, so I took the car in. They fixed it (foreign object removed from tire), didn’t charge me a thing, and I was on my way in an hour. Yeah Goodyear!
