Super 8 Castle Rock

Where should I begin? They lost one of our reservations. Lady at the front desk was a bitch. Hotel was very dirty. My buddy had a cigarette burn make on his pillow in a nonsmoking room. Shower head wasn’t clean. I can’t even tell what was under the mattress. Our room door didn’t”t shut the greatest either. Hope we can find a better hotel.

Giving 2 stars because this place was available for us during winter snow storm.
However:
The hotel room is so uncleaned. The fact that it is a non smoking room, but everything smells like cigarettes and we found cigarettes butts on the hinges of window and in bed sheet.
The furniture are so dusty as well.
Plus, if you stuck in a parking lot, you have gotta shovel yourself out!

Staff here are very friendly rooms are comfortable and clean along with a variety to eat for breakfast

Comfortable and cheap and close to where we wanted to be, though the «breakfast» left a lot to be desired. Try the Village Inn next door if you want something to get you going in the morning.
Other than that, I recommend it and will probably stay there again next time I’m in Castle Rock.

We stayed here last night before a mud run this morning.
This hotel was by far not your average super 8… very clean rooms (not very spacious) but flat screen tvs and we’ll kept.
They are pet friendly, and worked with us by giving us a late check out since we would be tied up most of the morning.
Keep in mind this is a low budget hotel. You get what you pay for friends! Well worth the money for just a place to sleep.

Front desk staff is weird, they kept looking at us funny every time we’d see them, and the lady with the long dark hair is a total bitch (muttering things about my boyfriend and I when we walked off, thinking we didn’t hear her). Most of the staff just stands out beside or behind the building smoking cigarettes and talking while the phone rings off the hook inside the lobby. The hallways reek like cheap cherry car air freshener, I guess to cover up the smell of the smoking rooms? Well I guess technically that worked… The housekeeping ladies don’t speak very good English (or at least one I ran into didn’t) and kept trying to bring us more towels when I kept asking for pillows, since there are only 2 paper thin pillows in the room. Upon checking out we waited at the front desk, with other customers, for I don’t even know how long. Long enough to get frustrated, call the 1 800 on the door key, and be transferred to the corporate office (who never picked up). Eventually some guy yelled down the stairs that they had customers and some lady waltzes up just to tell us to leave our key on the counter. Jesus Christ people. DO YOUR JOBS. 1 star because our room and towels were clean, and free WiFi…

Room was clean and pet friendly. The High Speed Internet is no where near high speed more like dial up.
