Came in to get a quick sandwich, and I end up waiting in line for about 30 minutes before I get helped. Maybe if you have more than one employee working this wouldn’t happen. Other than that, the sandwich was great and the(only) staff member was very friendly.

They get all the stars. Excellent service. The person behind us in line was THE most annoying customer I can remember in a long time and they were incredibly patient and courteous with her 100 requests on her sub. They have this bell you can ring if they do things right. I couldn’t listen to this whiny customer anymore so when I paid I rang the bell. All the employees celebrate and the annoying customer was like«what just happened?» They told her they were celebrating a 100% satisfied customer. Subway food is what it is. But the people at this location are great great.

This is a rough subway, they are charging me .25 cents for a side of mustard. I have never heard of such a thing. I would be embarrassed as a business owner. This is besides the list of other bad things, dirty bathrooms, credit card machine was not working etc. get a clue business owner it’s a side of mustard! I could care less about a quarter just simple principle

Family friendly place and great staff and managers! Driving from Portland back home to Seattle and needed an easy and friendly place to get a healthy meal. Thanks for going out of your way for adjust the overhead fan for our 4 month old baby. We didn’t even request it. Thanks again!

Yes I’m writing a review for a subway. I’ve never been a big fan of their sandwiches but when you have a choice between McDonald’s, Burger King, and Subway. Well the sandwich wins. But reason for my review honestly is the customer service. I’m a huge fan of great customer service and this store has it. So thank you to this subway chain for making the visit worth while! Always a pleasure to see friendly faces!

So, yeah, I’m reviewing a chain. We were headed up to Mt. St. Helens for the day, and wanted something for lunch later in the day that wasn’t the hot-dog-truck fare available at the visitor’s center. We figured this was probably our last-chance stop, so we grabbed sandwiches for later. We clearly weren’t the only ones with this idea. A tour van was just loading up to leave as we arrived … and a tour bus arrived just as we were leaving. Thank goodness for our timing. They must be crazy busy at some point in the day, as they’ve taken the mall space next door for additional seating.(Though I do note: twice the seating but the same-length sandwich-making bar probably means very long lines.) If you didn’t plan ahead … this will do(and probably travel better than the pizza or burger joints nearby). Better yet: plan ahead and bring something better.

This is a very small town if you can even call it that. On the way back from a day trip to Mt, Saint Helen’s we needed and quick bite to eat before heading home. Lots of employees but not of them really seemed like they wanted to wait on us. They seemed more concerned with what was going on within them than listening to us and take our order correctly. She had a Stevie Wonder head movement going on instead of making sure she was helping us. The place was not clean on the tables, flies in the eating and preparation area, no paper towels in the bathroom, I didn’t bother to tell them that they were out, figured they would get to it whenever they felt like it anyway. Next time I will pack my own lunch, thanks.
