I understand that Qdoba is a bit pricey when compared to mom & pop taco shops. However this premium should net me some benefit… 1) Untrained crew with no adult supervision. We lucked out and had nearly no wait. Behind us, customers waited up to 15minutes in line before placing an order. 2) Untrained crew had their prep area in complete disarray. Food was slopped between pots with plenty of cross contamination for all. 3) Untrained crew meant mixup at the register. That’s what we need. Explaining an order three times to a clerk. Also, their kids meal applesauce was not to hand; the clerk had to go and fetch it from the storeroom. 4) Untrained crew was struggling behind the make table and register clearly did not have the time to clean the dining area. Every table needed to be wiped down and fast food detritus was scattered across the floor. Conclusions: This is what is wrong with massive chain stores. The homogeneity of our dining means that we have limited choices(especially when traveling) and we get stuck with restaurants that only care about the bottom line. And we are too stupid to go elsewhere. For $ 5 more we could have gone to the Red Robin adjacent and had a much better experience. Oh, and one question: Whiskey Tango Foxtrot is the manager?

Let us start with the positives. My tacos were good and the cheese dip too. Negative: $ 34!!! For 2 adults and one toddler:-(and no, we did not have a menu full of items. 3 tacos, 1 burrito, 1 kids meal, 2 small fountain drinks. The place is dirty! No clean tables, but 7EMPLOYEES behind the counter. 2 newbies with no assistance trying to get the tacos right. The cook in the back ignoring the situation instead of assisting and helping. We had a line of people waiting almost 15 min to get their order in:-( Absolute a no go!!! Won’t be back! Bad Management:-( Sad for the kids working!

Where’s the beef??? Seriously, the rice and bean ratio greatly outweighed the meat. Stop changing the menu also!!! Too confusing. :/

Staff isn’t as friendly or professional looking as other Qdobas. They acted bothered when we asked for different toppings for our nachos. The portions were much smaller than other Qdobas and even with that, we ran out of chips before we finished our nachos. Usually we have extra. The dining room was dirty yet four employees, including the manager, had time to stand behind the counter and joke around.

My daughter wanted me to help a review to what she says is «The BEST Qdoba ever!» She was working all summer at The Ren Faire in Larkspur, she and a co-worker went in, just before closing. She said they apologized for«being those customers, and dropping in so late.» the crew working was AMAZING! They were kind, they were professional and super cool cats that hooked up the girls with yummy food and great service! GREATJOBQDOBAINCASTLEROCK! KEEPUPTHEBADASSCUSTOMERSERVICE!

I love Qdoba… in a contest of Qdoba vs. Chipotle Qdoba wins every time! Why? the choices. I find Qdoba has much better salsa option, more menu selections and more ways to customize. My go to is a naked chicken burrito but their chips and guac are also a must. I feel that Qdoba uses fresh ingredients too — which leads to healthier less processed items.

Could they please change their menu!!! It is SOOOO confusing. I can’t never seem to order anything right especially off the ‘Pick 2′ menu. There are more exceptions to the Pick 2 menu than there acceptable choices. Just drop the entire thing and make it all ala-carte. The food is usually decent when I actually make it through the confusing and condescending order process. I choose other options 99% of the time even when I am craving Qdoba’s queso dip. I know this is falling on deaf ears but I figured it was worth a shot at putting it out to the world.

The one thing I like about Qdoba is that it is exactly the same no matter which one you visit. I always know exactly what I will be getting. I do love the soda machine and being able to create my own flavors.

went to Qdoba for lunch today, was picking up food for myself and a co worker. the staff was very friendly and the food was fresh. it was a good thing I was picking up the order to go because the restaurant was full, there wasn’t many seats available. I totally recommend the mango salsa. it is seasonal so they don’t have it all year long. my husband loves the tortilla soup. I haven’t been to this location in a while because the service wasn’t so great in the past but I have to tell you it’s probably under new management because everyone was awesome today! I will definitely be back! I love service with a smile!

This is my first and last time coming to Qdoba. The employees at this specific location were rude and took no time in acknowledging me the menu. Made my visit very unpleasant and ruined the experience.

I don’t know what happened at this location tonight. We’ve been there before with no problems. One of the staff members who worked there was very friendly; unfortunately the other 2 who assisted us were unfriendly and one felt put out by having customers to serve. One of our orders was completely wrong, but still edible. My burrito was excellent, as it always has been in the past. The inside of restaurant was totally filthy. Nearly all of the tables were full of trash, floors were filthy and so were the restrooms. The inside of the restaurant was ice cold so we went outside to sit – we also thought that it would be cleaner. We were wrong, the tables outside were also trashed. We’ll try this one more time because it’s always been good in the past, but if we have issues like we had tonight, we’ll never go back to this location. I go to a lot of different Qdoba locations and have never seen one like this. There was no visible reason for this place being so dirty, because there were plenty of people working and there were very few customers at this time of the evening.

This place is amazing! I’d actually eat here every day! Their burritos are so filling that I can never finish them!!! I had a new mango salad yesterday, and it was to die for! I’ll be returning this week, just for that salad! The price is fair, and the food is worth trying!

They have sent some pretty awesome coupons through the mail to us so I actually tried it for the first time!!! All of my neighbors rave about their queso so of couse i had to try it. Yes, it is really good. The set up is just like Chipotle where you choose what you want to put on your burrito. Next time i think I will just get some chips and yummy queso ;)

Qdoba, you are essentially Chipotle. How do they do it so much better than you. I’ve visited this location three times in my life versus the innumerable at the main competitor down the way. Each time, I expect it to be better than the last – and it’s not. I can’t understand how two places, so similar, can be two very different experiences. The people at the other place smile and exchange pleasantries with me instead of just staring… kinda off-putting! There are like eight Qdoba-manager-looking fellows at tables across the room from me. And the employees still this attitude? Maybe they’re just having a bad day – I can understand how having a meeting like that could make things a little nervewracking. The last time I was here, the little change machine at the register ran out of some coin I was owed and the man asked me if I ‘really’ wanted it, cos he didn’t want to go back right away and reload the machine. Even though there were other customers with cash out behind me. Well, I WAS owed it and I wasn’t gonna ‘be that guy’ but I told the cashier that he was lucky he shorted me instead of the thirty-something supermom-slash-real-estate-agent with frosted tips named Mackenzie behind me who would’ve made it a big deal and left with that and a sour taste in my mouth; don’t you get PAID to put more money in that change-maker? This place has a decent space and offers the same exact things that Chipotle does. It’s been around for a few years so I guess people enjoy it. Me? I’m probably never coming back.

It’s a long drive home to Castle Rock when you work in downtown Denver. Often, when traffic is bad enough, you lose any motivation to make your own dinner long before you pull into your driveway. When that ‘too lazy to cook” mood hits me, Qdoba is my go-to. I like their pork carnitas a bit better than the other burrito chain in town(you know who I am talking about!). But my favorite thing about Qdoba is their«Craft 2» menu, which lets you pick smaller sizes of two items to make a meal. This option lets me add a small Naked Taco Salad to something less healthy, like Two Tacos or a small Naked Burrito, so I can have all the yummy stuff I love without all the guilt(and calories). I love all the mix and match options this offers me. Thanks Qdoba!

We visit this qdoba regularly and always have had great food. I usually get the chicken burrito with the green tomatillo salsa. I am not a big fan of cilantro, so occasionally ask for plain rice– which they are happy to provide. The queso cheese sauce is really good, but if you are lactose intolerant you’ll pay for it later! :)

I never really liked Chipotle back in the day, so I was leary to try Qdoba, thinking it would be exactly the same. Well, I was wrong! Qdoba is soooo much better than Chipotle. The menu is better, the salsas are better, the queso is better, etc… Their lime chips are delicious. If you like tomatillo salsa, they have a great one. Also, their«hot» salsa is actually hot, and yummy! I recommend the nachos with extra queso. Oh, and the tortilla soup. Actually, I have never had anything there that I didn’t like. They also do taco bars, etc. that are great for pick up or delivery. I used to order for training classes and meetings at my office. They were always a big hit!
