Great place for castle to have. We ordered phở with rare beef and tripe. Meat was amazing. They Do NOT ho light on the meat. Such great portions. I got a medium and it was huge, didnt even come close to finishing, although I ate all the meat out of it. Vietnamese fried spring rolls are wrapped in rice paper, filled with sausage; they were amazing! Our iced coffee, cant remember the proper name, was absolutely perfect. Our only complaint was that the broth fell a little flat, almost as a brand new batch and hadn’t had time to completely develop. But we added some spice to help it out. Service was great, place is clean, and over all a nice building. The booths could use a bit of fixing, but thats it. Will def be back. my new place for sure.

Have another great meal here tonight. I had the chicken and rice. It was really tasty. I’ve eaten here a bunch and would recommend any of the spring rolls(especially the pork and shrimp) and the phở with rare beef. Always a good experience with fast, friendly service.

This was the first place I tried phở and I loved it! Their broth is definitely the best in the area and the their noodles are great. It’s always very fast like many other phở places. You would love their phở!

This place is very good. Loved everything I got. I especially liked the vegetable spring rolls. The phở was also quite good. I also suggest the Thai tea bubble drink, it’s a little sweet but that’s how I personally like it.

As the temperature drops in CO so shouldn’t your food. It’s best to have something warm and hearty that isn’t a heart attack. If you’ve never had phở«fuh» then it’s time to get some culture in your life-and what great place to start than here at phở 777. Phở is a Vietnamese rice noodle dish that has a broth that usually takes about 8 hours to make or more using beef or chicken for the stock. Accompanied with some spices during the cooking process, it’s is then paired with rice noodles and meat; where you can then add in toppings such as bean sprouts, lime, and basil. The beauty with this dish is that you can«tune» your noodles(is how I like to say it). I prefer my soup to be a bit sour-ish, so I squeeze about 3 limes and add in a half teaspoon of pepper. So let’s say it’s a lime-pepper flavor. You can add in Hoison sauce(Vietnamese bbq sauce) and a touch or alot of Sriracha for a sweet and spicy flavor. Or just add either for a single flavor or you can add nothing at all. This is America, you have the freedom to make your noodles any way you’d like it. OKAYENDOFLESSON, LET’S TALKABOUTPHO777ANDTHEIRNOODLES! This was the second place I’ve had phở in CO and coming from a place where phở houses are commonplace, I can honestly say this was pretty good. My last experience having phở in CO was not good, it had a strong star anise profile in the broth which made my friends and I not feel good leaving with a headache. Good thing my friends were not too scared to give things a second try, and so she found this place. Then when my gf and I came to visit, she and her husband took us out to pho777 and we were just blown away. There was hope that there was great asian food in Aurora, and the hope was instilled with pho777. I would say their broth that day had a little extra cinnamon flavor but it was too good to complain. Also be prepared to eat, I only ordered a small bowl with flank meat and man did they add alot of meat to mine. I ordered the beef spring rolls too and man was that just refreshing! The beef is marinated with lemongrass and if you don’t know what that is, just order it. Its just a great and wonderful taste! In conclusion, this place gave me a great experience and everything was great from start to finish. The service and food were amazing, so I’m telling you to go to pho777 for your next meal, especially if you’ve never had phở. They’ll take care of you and show you what it’s all about.

Oh Phở. I just can’t quit you! You draw me in with your pungent broth, and keep me coming back with your tofu that reminds me of a donut. The Phở is DELICIOUS! The place is kind of dirty and the service lately has been terrible! But… Not bad enough to keep me away. Me+Phở=Love

Phở 777 is an «ok» Vietnamese restaurant, and the closest one to Castle Rock. I’ve been there three times now and every time I think«meh, it was ok, but not great». The service is kind of unpredictable, the food quality is variable. The menu needs to be proof read by someone who speaks and reads English(to wit their«vagiterian» roll)… I had the«spring rolls» the last time I was there and they were«soggy /messy». The«egg rolls» were very greasy. If you have to have a Vietnamese food fix and you’re stuck in Castle Rock, it’s not horrible, but you’d be better off driving up to Aurora and going to «Kim Ba».

GREAT phở, excellent menu all around, fast and friendly service. Interior is nicer than your average phở joint also. Warning: portion sizes are gargantuan: I got a «medium» and for the first time in my life I actually couldn’t finish the entire bowl. Another interesting quirk: they have kid portions of phở too! My four-year old is now enamored with the«good soup» and wants to go back.

We were on our way from Colorado Springs to Denver and got hungry and decided to stop here after reading the good reviews on Unilocal.I got a rice platter and my friend got phở. Now, I can only comment on the pork rice platter, which I did not care for. I guess I’ve been really spoiled with authentic Vietnamese food that I had high expectations for this place. Plus, the reviews. Coloradans if you think this good Vietnamese food, then I feel sorry for it. It’s mediocre.

If I can become the duchess here when I was in town for just a few days, you know the place is great! Honestly, when we first tried it, my hopes weren’t all that high because we had recently tried several different phở spots in our new home that were such a disappointment compared to where we fell in love with phở in the Pacific Northwest. We’ve missed it quite a bit — when we were in the PNW, we’d probably go out for phở once a week if not just 3 times a month… then, in our new home, we just stopped going to phở because it just didn’t measure up. Phở 777DOES measure up to the phở of the PNW though! We were pleasantly surprised! The broth is good, the noodles correct, a good choice of toppings… HOORAY!!! The other dishes are amazing too. The shrimp spring roll — VERY good. I LOVED that they had a great drink menu here too. Not only do they have Thai Iced Tea(one of my favorites, and a great tea flavor here), but they have a bunch of other yummy drinks(try the first one on the drink menu(café sua?)) AND smoothies too! AND… they have boba!!! AND… the boba is actually GOOD! I’ve had my fair share(maybe more than fair) of bad boba, but here it’s not gooey, not hard, but just right. Really, I feel like Goldilocks finding such a great spot… too bad we were only here on vacation! My toddler loved it here too. She’s missed her noodle fix and she just loved having a bunch of broth here too. If she’s happy, I’m happy too! Really, it’s a gem. Phở 777, hope to see you again next time we’re in town!

The best Phở in South Denver. Worst service is ALL of South Denver too. I’ve been here a few times, today was my last. I went in today and ordered iced coffee to go, for over $ 3.70. I asked to add boba and he was short with me and asked, if I wanted Iced Coffee or a Smoothie. I have had boba added before but figured there was a communication barrier and dropped it. I said just the iced coffee(there were no size options). I took a seat and 5 minutes later I got a 5 inch tall cup filled 3.5 iches of coffee and 4 inches of ice showing. I asked if he could fill my cup to the top with coffee and he said no, this is iced coffee. I said it wasn’t full and he said, you ordered iced coffee and pointed to my cup. WTF???

We had a great first experience! Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. And no judgments when we asked for a fork for our phở Food was very good! Spring rolls were different from what we’ve been exposed to in the past but they were light and very good. Peanut sauce was a nice touch. I can definitely see us coming back again and again!

Great phở! Nice restaurant and smelled so good when we walked in as opposed to other phở restaurants that smell funky. The spring rolls were good and the combo rice plate was delicious !! I recommend this place!

We were down in Castle Rock and looking for some good phở for lunch. This place fit the bill. The phở was great. Looking for a little adventure, I tried the Chanh Muoi — «Pickle Lime Lemonade.» The waiter warned me I probably wouldn’t like it. He was wrong. Imagine a virgin margarita, with extra lime pulp. Salty-sweet-citrus. That’s pretty much it.

So so so good… Jus like the phở back at home! The prices are a little high compared to what I’m used to($ 2.50 for spring rolls back home, $ 4.50 here)…but the food is delicious. the phở broth is awesome, just the right flavor. The peanut sauce, so delicious… not too watery, not too thick. I had the shrimp vermicelli bowl as well and it was the perfect amount. The shrimp was as fresh as what I’d like, but eh, when in colorado, just go with it. if I’m in the neighborhood, I’d definitely come back!

We stopped by Phở 777 yesterday around 4pm to get our Phở fix after a very long drive from Glenwood Springs. I must say I did not have big expectations and was just hoping for some decent Phở. The restaurant itself was very clean and had decent décor. There are 2 huge paintings in the room that adds a nice warm feeling to the place. The service was good. Right when we got there we felt welcomed and were seated right away. The waiters were very attentive and checked on us enough that it was not annoying. We started out with springs rolls as appetizers and it was definitely different from what I am used to. It was crunchy, but not too crunchy that it rips the lettuce when you bite into it. It was large portions and it tasted like they made it and not store bought. It was a good start. The grilled food we ordered was ok. We ordered the combination from the rice entrees. The pork was done well and not dry with a hint of ginger and sweetness to the taste. Same with the beef and chicken though the chicken had some type of curry. Now to the Phở… I ordered medium #8 and it was very delicious! You can tastes the beef marrow from the broth and it was not too strong or light. it was perfect! My wife who does not usually order Phở could not get enough of mine and I had to pull it away from her! The meat that came with the Phở was well done and not dry. it was a good compliment to the broth. I am originally from SF Bay Area where there are a lot of choices for Phở and I have tried many of them… I have to say this is hands down one of the best!
