Papa johns corporate is ruining this business. Stop paying Peyton Manning and start delivering the correct size pizzas. They shrunk the pizza and left the price alone. The product is good enough without pro football help. The company or owner has lost his way and values Peyton and not his customers. Going to start looking for local pizza shops.

Well, the pizza is good, and the three or four times I’ve ordered from the WILCOXST. PAPAJOHN’s have been hassle free. Today, I place an order online … I wait. And wait. 45 minutes go by and my wife calls to ask where the pizza is. Blah, blah. Don’t know what happened, power outage maybe. The manager’s idea of good customer service is saving us a whole dollar and change by knocking 20% off the pizza. So now it’s 90 minutes, and still no pizza. THANKSFORTHAT20% DISCOUNT! Guess you’ll be generously tipping your drivers from now on.

We were starving after a long flight and the hotels restaurant was already closed. Luckily Papa John’s was open pretty late and we were able to have a pizza delivered. Maybe it was because I was starving but the pepperoni pizza was delicious. I would definitely order again.

The first problem was with the advertised discount that I didn’t receive on the garlic knots. Then came the delivery person who brought the wrong order — went back to her car — then realized she had completely forgotten our order. When she finally came back with our pizza, it was cold. The«new» garlic knots were cold — oh and they were burned… Yuck. After microwaving the pizza pieces, we realized what cheap ingredients were used — and how little of those ingredients were actually on the pizza. So for a $ 30 order… pretty bad all around. Never again.

I am new to the neighborhood but placed an online order for a large pizza, cheese bread, and apple pie from this store for delivery. It all arrived hot and delicious 30 minutes later. What more can you ask for?

Papa John’s should probably swap out the entire staff at this joint. They don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t understand and embrace the qualities that Papa John’s stands for. They don’t care about the customer. They are not producing quality products. I run a very large business and I can guarantee you, just based on my experience today, your revenues at this store are declining, the store is under-performing, and worst of all their hurting their brand. My pizza was burnt, fairly bad, i.e. to the point that I didn’t even want to eat it. I called the store and spoke with a friendly staff member that did not know what she was doing. Being patient she tried to record my address(should be on file). Fifteen min later the clerk had taken my address and accidentally erased it three times. At that point I asked for a manager and the experience progressed from bad to horrible. He started by offering to bring me a new pizza. I figure that’s a good deal. Then he told me that there is a delivery fee and they can’t waive it. This doesn’t make any sense. They burnt my order and agreed to fix it if I paid a delivery fee. The original order total was $ 11. I had already driven down to pick up the pizzas(gas and time), one of them was burnt and now they wanted me to pay an additional $ 2.50 for delivery. That’s like saying if you pay a total of 125% of your original promised purchase price I will fix it. Additionally I would need to tip the drive because that is only fair. So now Papa Johns is really saying if I pay 160% of the original asking price they would be happy to make it right. The manager refused to waive the fee, and needless to say I refuse to pay for a corporation to fix a mistake that is clearly their own. ~~~~~~~~ Update: The regional director did contact me to discuss the situation. He apologized and admitted that the top oven needed calibrated and was burning the pizzas. That explained how one could be burnt when the other was fine. He did make a valid attempt to make it right and offered to comp my next order. I let him know I appreciated it but would never pay Papa Johns for another pizza again in my life. He also said they will review the policy and should not be charging customers to fix their mistakes. I hope this is true.

I’m sorry to have to write this review because out of all of the different delivery pizza, Papa John’s is my favorite. And it wasn’t until recently that they would actually deliver to my home… They’ve had a location in Castle Rock for a long time but it’s in Castle Pines and they didn’t deliver to the southern part of Castle Rock(where I live). When it was announced that they were opening a 2nd Castle Rock location, that served my neighborhood, I was very happy… But all that changed when I ordered from them recently… I ordered three pizza’s for delivery and was promised a 30 to 45 minute delivery time. At the 75 minute point I called and was told that my pizza’s were there ready to be picked up… Ha… I hadn’t ordered carryout… I know because the gal who took the order verified my address. So a ‘manager’ got on the line and promised to have the pizza’s remade and out to me, for free! I was satisfied. When the doorbell rang about 15 minutes later I was surprised. how could they have remade my pizza and delivered it in 15 minutes. I tipped the driver because it wasn’t their fault and then realized that they hadn’t remade the pizza… They delivered the now 1.5 hour old pizza which was cold. Great. And they made two of the three pizza’s wrong. Wow… So I called back and asked to speak to the manager. Funny thing. The guy who said he was the manager answered and when I asked to speak to the manager, he put someone else on the phone… someone who didn’t speak English very well and who professed to know NOTHING about my problem. So now I’m wondering if the ‘first’ guy was the manager or someone else covering for a co-worker/friend… And if the 2nd guy was really the manager. I asked for the name and phone number of the regional manager which was eventually given. I left that person a message and it’s been two week… do you think they ever called back? Nope… So a few days later I posted feedback via the PapaJohns website and do you think asking for a call back. do you think anyone called? Nope… So while I got my cold pizza for free, I’m definitely not happy and probably won’t be ordering from Papa John’s again.
