I called on a Saturday and a woman answered the phone. I told her I had an issue with my bathroom fan and asked if they could help. She told me I would get a call back in a half hour. The whole day went by and I didn’t hear back from them. I then tried again 3 days later, left a message and didn’t hear back. Finally I tried one more time a few days later and nothing back. Guess they don’t like business? Would not recommend Nicholas Electric to anybody.

We had no power in our master bathroom and master bedroom. We called several companies and only Nicholas Electric would come out the following morning. They arrived within 5 minutes of their scheduled time. They realized the wiring was incorrect from my husband putting in the ceiling fan years ago… they fixed everything within 30 minutes. They were most professional and very reasonably priced. I would recommend them in a heart beat. They called back to make sure we were satisfied and even offered to come and fix a different minor repair free of charge. Talk about good, old fashioned service… this company certainly knows about that!
