I still will never go back to this location but after talking with the district manager it was handle in a very professional manner. I’m happy with what he said and how he remedied the situation

When my family and I went into the store to sign up for their new edge plan, a few discrepancies happened. First off, our sales representative did not answer our questions directly, he always beat around the bush. Second, he lied about the edge program. The protection plan is not required on the edge program, it is an additional feature you can add on and costs extra per phone. Third, while trying to explain a product to our older user on the family plan, who had legitimate questions about a brand new product, he again flat out lied to her without seeming to know anything about the product he was selling. Instead of answering a question, «I’m not sure about that, let me find out for you.» He completely pulled something out of thin air claiming it to be fact. Here’s my advice: Verizon Wireless is a quality carrier, and this particular store makes them look bad. But avoid this store altogether. You will not get honest answers and will be told you must purchase items that you don’t need to. The salesmen are looking to boost only their commission.

My husband went into this store at 5:45 on a Sunday. He was told to come back the next day(a monday) at 9am. The clerk refused to sell him a new phone and package because«they are closing in 15 minutes.» If your store is open, you should be willing to sell something, regardless of when you are closing. We Will never step foot in that store again.
