Our child went to Danza for several years with no problems. Then, about 3 years ago the bottom fell out and things began to go downhill fast.
Bills that came in with no explanation and calls were not returned.
Classes were cancelled because instructors were walking out and not being replaced.
We began to look for another studio and the owner called me and told me she could not guarantee me her instructors would not retaliate against our child because she was planning on leaving. Our child was 12 at the time.
During the conversation with the owner she became upset and told me our child, who was one of her best students, would be terminated immediately as a student and would not be allowed to participate in the final production which was only 4 days away, and recital that we had paid for. We had also paid for costumes and rental which we were never reimbursed for.
This is certainly not a way to run a business.
Finally, I wrote a letter requesting a refund and she never responded.

When the owner says «you’re a hot mess» to a group of girls 6 – 10 on dress rehearsal after 5 years dedicated to the dance studio. I am appalled and now know that is why more than half of the studio left a few years ago. The owner needs to adjust her attitude and stop making little girls cry FOR NO REASOn. Shame on you for thinking that you may be a decent human being. There is NO WAY I will EVER speak well of your studio. Honestly, we know the truth now!
