The first time I been to Anthony’s was just a month or so ago, and from what I experienced, the pizza is actually not that bad. Tonight, I have some of the cheesy garlic bread as well as some of the baked ziti. I will tell you to stick to the pizza. While I enjoyed the sausage that they put in the ziti, I was a little disappointed. When I think of Baked Ziti, I thing of pasta with some sauce, and baked until that cheese is crusty and bubbling. I would have to say that’s not what I got. I got a bowl of noodles with some cheese that was either put under a salamandar or in the pizza oven for 2 minutes. In addition, the bottom of the bowl was super watery, must have been a ½ inch of water. I don’t see that being from the sauce. Might need to have a training exercise so your people know how to properly cook pasta. As far as everything else, very friendly staff to my young kids, and overall the restuarant was so so for cleanliness. They also have one of the touch screen Coke dispensers if you are curious about fountain drinks. All in all, I give it a 3 star review. Great garlic bread and pizza, everything else, take a pass…

I am not a fan of the walk up to order in a fully capable sit down restaurant. They didn’t even have paper menus so you had to stare at the board above the cash register. Food was basic but still good. I would only order out next time. Service was friendly

My wife and I have been looking all over Denver for a good Pizza Place, usually never going back or giving repeat business. Little did we know that a quick drive to Castle Rock would make all the difference. Needless to say tonight we tried Anthony’s. OHMYGOSH! It was absolutely amazing! For starters we got salads which where filled with all sorts of toppings and really delicious dressing. The coke machine is one of the ones that allows you to basically try everything under the sun. Which is a huge plus! The Pizza was amazing. So much so I ate 6 slices we cleaned a huge pizza in no time. The crust was great, the cheese was great, and the toppings wow! I don’t think I can go anywhere else in Colorado for pizza seriously. And don’t forget dessert. We ate the cannoli’s and holy cannoli it was a perfect touch of heaven to finish of our amazing meal. Wow I’m happy!

Amazing pizza. Amazing staff. I was very impressed. Will definitely be back!!! We enjoyed salad, white pizza with jalapeños and mushrooms. The canolis for dessert tasted just like Italy! They are made in the store! So good I had to ask.

Took forever to get a pizza delivered this weekend. Rude rude rude staff. Pizza was cold and mozzarella sticks were soggy and falling apart. We were fans of Anthony’s but after this weekend’s pizza we will go elsewhere.

Stick with the pizza unless you like Italian entrees reminiscent of school cafeteria lunches or that chicken you get at the airport with painted-on grill marks and sodium and preservatives. When everything they sell is made by Sysco and they just throw it together, what are you paying for? The delivery of it I guess. If you want Italian but not pizza you may be disappointed here. The pizza is decent, you just have your oven set to 425 so you can make it hot when it gets to your door. When I called I was fairly informed of the wait time and was asked if that was ok. That’s a nice touch and a good way to set expectations.

Will NEVER go there again. I was a fan of Anthony’s once upon a time. This last outing was horrible. rude staff. and the pizza was EMBARRASSING. I had out of town guests and we ordered on my recommendation. the delivery time on a Tues night was over 90 min. we went to pick up instead. pizza was stone cold and so bad we threw it away and had to get other food. There are lots of options for pizza here in CR. Hopefully they make some changes and get back in the game.

The pizza here was once quite good. However, the quality has gone down over the last couple years. It seems very hit and miss. I usually order for pick up and it seems I either have to wait an extra 15 minutes after the pizza was intended to be ready, or I get there(on time) and my pizza is barely warm. The last pizza ordered and picked up felt extremely light weight for a large Neapolitan pizza, and barely warm. Just a simple pepperoni and cheese, but the outside dough was almost nonexistent and not the fluffy chewy crust they once served. The cheese was barely enough to cover the sparse tomato sauce underneath. Technically, there was pepperoni on it, but it certainly wasn’t very evident or easily found. We use to eat here about once a month, it was our«go to» pizza place, but that has tapered off over the last year or so. This last visit was the first time in many months and I’m not sure if I’ll ever go back.

TLDR: the non-pizza dishes are okay, but very simple and a bit on the bland side. This place shines in the pizza pie department, stick with the pizzas and you can’t go wrong. Great sauce, excellent cheese, very good craftsmanship(although I suspect they may roll rather than pull the dough at times), and served piping hot.

First time in since my review. Service has not improved at all. Very disappointing as they are the only pizza place on this side of the interstate. Happy to drive a little further to Parrys!

Memories! I use to come here every Wednesday and Friday for their single slice special. I’ve only tasted pizza from two places in my life that come close to pizza from Brooklyn NY and that’s Mammalucco’s in Brea CA and Anthony’s Pizza in Castle Rock CO! The flavor of the pizza was out of this world! It was always fresh, hot, with a perfectly baked crust, perfect amount of cheese and sauce. On top of that the slices were huge! Now that’s what I call real dang good pizza!

One huge neopolitian amateur pizza with salami, pepperoni and extra cheese. Amateur it is, was lukewarm in the middle. Sadly it reminds me of the frozen section at any grocery store. Nothing can save this place just save your money. It’s already a chain what’s there to change. Location is very convenient next to no competition. $ 7 and some change with a side of garlic bread and cheese.

This use to be our go to pizza place in Castle Pines. Has gone down hill over the last 3 – 4 months. Not sure why, won’t be ordering here any longer. Kids won’t eat another slice from this pizza shop.

I’m from Brooklyn and the people here in Colorado crack me up! Greasy ??? What good pizza isn’t a little greasy. «My wife doesn’t like thin crust … and you do? OMG … with the junk that they pass off as pizza in this state, at least Anthony’s makes a pie that I actually enjoy that doesn’t have pineapple and isn’t gluton free! YIKES. Maybe you folks should go to a health food store and make your own. Unbelievable!

Greasy, greasy, greasy! But oddly, not bad. The large pizzas are HUGE and the slices hang off the sides of your plate. It’s the kind of slice you need to fold back over on to itself and eat like a sandwich. I usually favor the Hawaiian, but the plain ol’ cheese did it for me at Anthony’s. Simple. Greasy. Stretchy cheesy. Yum. They have this amazing soda fountain machine where you can mix a seemingly infinite amount of Coca-Cola soda combinations. My favorite combo was Vanilla Ginger Ale plus Peach Fanta. I’d go back for a slice of cheese pizza and sit there and play with the flavor combos of the fancy soda fountain.
