So unbelievably bad and I’m mad that I should have known better! They seem to give EVERYONE the exact same haircut… forget getting a style. I took my son in to get his long«skater style» hair reshaped and she just started chopping hair off in all the wrong places. She chopped his bangs super short and then left his sideburns really long. She didn’t take anything off the back and started acting like she was done. I was furious. She had done so much damage I’m going to have to go to a real hair dresser to get it fixed… and it cost me $ 13! I could have cut his hair better than she did which is pretty sad.

Epic business fail. We ‘checked in’ online and when showed up they only had one person on duty. One person to cut hair, answer the phone, and greet new customer. We waited with a 1 year old for her first haircut, but one other person who checked in opted not to wait another 40 mins. Don’t offer a service if you can’t deliver. However, once my granddaughter was in the chair w/her Mom, the person was great and very good. This is a situation where the person was great, but the staffing and business model was poor.
