This person was a total JERK about answering my questions. I’d not ever use someone that cannot greet a customer with respect and courtesy. This guy was the total opposite– He insulted my party idea, did the «in my ten years I’ve never heard of that» and didn’t even let me finish describing what we had in mind. Ugh. Not the kind of person I want to do business with on any day, let alone for my fun event!
